Alles soweit gut, pragmatisch und gute Lage, um am nächsten Tag schnell am Flughafen zu sein. Freundlicher Kontakt, unkomplizierter CheckIn. Löblich: Wasserfilter in der Küche um Plastikflaschen zu vermeiden. Hatte eine kleine Terrasse.

Spotlessly clean with a great shower! Comfortable room with comfy bed in quiet location. Thoughtful touches such as having both USB A and USB C chargers by each bedside and tea and coffee available.
There is a kettle and microwave in the room (we were in room 1) and a communal kitchen for preparing very simple, non messy meals.
The property is effectively a HMO in a quiet residential area. Very clear instructions were given as to how to access it. I think we were the only guests staying when we were there for one night but it was very quiet, which was great. Would definitely stay there again if I wanted to be close to Tenerife South airport.
Nothing really but it is up quite a hill so a tiring 20 minute walk from San Isidro, particularly if you have heavy luggage.

+ parking ok. Could easily park within around 100 m from the apartment.
- frying forbidden.
- not possible to use the kitchen ( no pots or pans available to use on the induction stove).
- no frying allowed. We could not even boil eggs or pasta because there were no pots available.
- Water boiler half broken.
- very small room (3 x 4m)
