NO DIVING and no horseplay! Shower or rinse off before entering the pool. If you are not a strong swimmer, you must wear life jacket. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO LIFEGUARD! Guests agrees to hold the Landlord harmless from any liability resulting from injury or negligence that may occur from using the outdoor swimming pool & assumes all responsibility for other habitants and guests. We have outdoor security cameras in the front and back of the house along with a video door bell so no unauthorized guest to stay overnight.
