Interesting floor plan with 1 bedroom entrance either through a bath or another bedroom. Back unit does not connect internally. Front porch has not been cleaned in many months to say the least. Noticed 2 other houses across the street that the cleaning ladies cleaned the porches when cleaning the house after people checked out. House needs some tender loving care!

This home was walking distance to king street, steps away from baguette magic (amazing iced coffees) and in a great area. We stayed for a girls trip (bachelorette) and it housed us perfectly. Highly recommend. I also love that trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap, dish rags, and a fresh sponge were included. It’s nice to have those things when traveling! 5 stars!

Communication with owner's rep was excellent. The property was clean and the accommodations were what we expected. Good location and uber easy to get around. Restaurants and a small grocery near by.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were a USAF reunion group who had served together 50+ years ago. Due to untimely illness and mishap. our traveling party dwindled over the year between our booking and our arrival from eight to only four, so we did not even use the quarters tucked in back at the rear entrance. Briefly we toyed with the idea of downsizing, but are glad we did not. The premises were well appointed and appeared to be newly refurbished. We had all the comforts of home and took advantage of the front porch for coffee and drinks as well as for greeting passers by. The neighborhood had a surprising number of young adults walking or riding bikes to & fro, which gave it a pleasant vibe. There was a bakery four doors down and a corner grocery about a block away. We were conveniently located with about a three block access to the free bus shuttle. Our weather was grand and Charleston showed her wares to splendid effect. The property managers were surprisingly accessible, responsive and entirely accommodating. All in all a top drawer experience!

My girlfriends and I booked this property for a bachelorette party and it did not disappoint! Location was perfect and it was the perfect amount of space for our group. The landlord was also super communicative with us as we navigated Hurricane Ian and made our nerves lessen when worried about flooding. Would definitely stay here again next time a big group of us goes to Charleston.

This was a great property for a bachelorette! Walking distance to king street and having the main house and back house provided enough space. Definitely would recommend!

From the moment we opened the door we knew we had chosen the right location for our reunion of 8 dear college friends. This property had everything we needed and more! Very comfortable sleeping quarters, high quality linens, well equipped kitchen, lovely decor, comfortable seating and a large dining room. The location was perfect for walking to King Street and a variety of places to eat & drink. Also convenient to the CARTA bus line that was a free & easy way to navigate the city. CVP was excellent to work with, quick to respond and very accommodating. We could not have been more pleased! I am hoping to return to this property at some point with my family. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
