About this apartment rental
This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, fitness center, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. This two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed a 32" TV and has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two queen beds 32" TV, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, toaster oven, crock pot, Keurig and a coffee maker. A variety of games, books and movies are available for use in the entertainment center in the living room the living room has a 50" TV . All TV's are smart TV's for connecting to your streaming account. The condo has tile throughout the unit. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We had an excellent stay. The condo was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. The beach was right across the street and restaurants and shops were just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly as photographed. Kitchen was stocked with cutlery and appliances. Plenty of parking and an elevator to get us up to the 3rd level. The front reception staff was great, cheery and detailed with instructions (Tammy). Unintentional when booking, we ended up preferring the Bay Side. It was quiet and had fun watching the boats/yachts sail by. Easy 5 min walk to the beach and getting beach chairs delivered, at no cost; is a nice touch. There's also a free community hop on bus that takes you to/from the village. All in all we had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate booking this condo again.

Very nice condo on very nice grounds. Everything we needed. Beach is beautiful. Almost 2 mile walk to the Village. I walked it several times but the Trolley is very dependable.

3rd time at Palm Bay Club awesome location. Staff was great, very friendly. The condo 350 could use adult furniture. The table was sparse & the chairs did not look like it could hold an adult man safely. The couch was not comfortable at all and really no ottomans to kick up your feet.
