About this condo rental
Situated in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for $235 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This large two bedroom, two bath condo overlooks Sarasota Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway. There are only 2 condos of this size that have east facing windows and no support pillars in the living room. It is the end condo on the third (top) floor with a great view of the Bay, the pool, the large hot tub, the fishing pier and boat dock. The condo is located on the peaceful bayside and you can watch the boats go up and down the intercoastal waterway from the condo, pool, hot tub, or pier. When you want the excitement of fabulous Crescent Beach, just walk through the complex and your beach furniture is waiting for you. Sun bathe, swim, boogie board, snorkel, collect shells, or just watch people go by. When you walk on the beach your feet won’t get hot because it is one of three quartz beaches in the world. When you’re done at the beach and ready to wind down, you and your guests will be able to escape to the quiet comfort of the bayside. There is a Verizon FiOS Television Prime Bulk Package with a 15 channel HBO package, a DVR with a HDTV in the living room, a digital set box in the master bedroom with a HDTV and a standard set box with a digital TV in the second bedroom. Each TV has a DVD player. You can also stop at the clubhouse and workout (a $40 key deposit is required for use), sit in a sauna, shoot pool, play ping pong, swim in another pool, or play tennis on one of the lighted courts. When you are in the condo you have a double sized living room/dining room so you won’t feel cramped. It sleeps up to six comfortably. Wireless internet is free for all you web surfers. If you have a large group, I also have the adjacent condo and you can sleep a total of ten. You need to reserve early because I rent out both condos individually. Keywords: Condominium

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay, however, there was construction going on all day, long right outside of our unit which forced us to not be able to use the swimming pool or our patio. Wish we would have known ahead of time that there was going to be construction. Also, the unit needs a really good cleaning. Another issue was our TV. They were in the middle of changing over to a different cable company and we couldn’t get any live TV. We had a broken showerhead in the one bathroom and the owner made arrangements to have it fixed very quickly, which was much appreciated.

We had a wonderful time at our place! Owner of the unit was super easy to get in contact with, security guards that drive around the property are all super nice and helpful. I would recommend staying on the bay side; pool and hot tub is beautiful and clean, grills are super clean. No complaints, would definitely come back!

We had simply the best time. The location is beautiful. The Bay side pool is just steps away. We enjoyed many a late night in the pool overlooking the Bay. The pool was open until 11pm and almost always empty. The beach is about a 10 min walk but we drove across the way and parked closer for our kids ease. They brought chairs to us every morning. It was wonderful. We all five slept soundly every night! No outdoor noise to complain about. The living room was big enough to spread out. Overall we would 100% come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The property and the location are perfect. You have the luxury of the bay, (sunrise) and the Gulf (sunset) right on site. The pools and the hot tub are glorious. The staff members are all extremely welcoming and helpful. All of the other guest were delightful. We did not rent a car. The SK trolley system stops at The Palm Bay Club and will transport you to numerous locations on the main drag of Siesta Key. This does require a little more time and walking than if you had your own vehicle, but was an easy way to get around SK. One suggestion I would make to the Club itself is offering some sort of shuttle from one end of the property to the other. Our stay was truly amazing and we will be back.

For a family that looks for space, this is a great condo for it. Lots of leg room to spread out. But if you are looking for luxury and comfort, this kinda lacked in that department. The leather couches were beat up. Sofa pillows all need a good deep
Clean. The kitchen needs updating along with the hodge podge of kitchenware that was in it. Bedding had a bit of stains on them.
Now since we spent most of our time outdoors, this didnt bother us. But if u r looking for a comfortable place to just chill and take it easy, this wouldnt be the place.
Bring your own beach towels. There werent any in our unit.

We have stayed at several Palm Bay Club condos annually over the last 10 years. This unit is one of the few ‘B Model’ condos at Palm Bay Club that has a more spacious and open living space. It has a great location that is close to the bayside pool, hot tub, and dock. It has a well laid out floor plan with a larger master shower and walk in closet than most of the other Palm Bay Club condos. It has an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining, and living room all open to each other. There were a few maintenance items that were shared with the owner, so I trust they will be addressed shortly - most notably the condition of the hide-a-bed sofa. We only had four people staying and had our two children share the guest bed, which was fine. The master and guest beds were both comfortable. The owner was friendly to communicate with and the electronic code lock was more convenient than the key locks that most units have (no hassle of losing keys and convenient with older kids). The most unique aspect of this condo is the fact that it has windows facing the bay so you get tons of morning sunlight and nice views of the bay.

We read a ton of reviews for this condor and many others before booking and we were happy with our choice.
The condo is large, quiet and comfortable. The location is great - right by one of the pools and an easy walk to the other pool and beautiful beach with beach chairs. Plenty of dishes/cooking options - We did pickup paper towels and dish soap (empty bottle was on counter so assume normally provided - we didn’t reach out to owner - just grabbed some while at store). Not a complaint just a suggestion - I always appreciate having more than one bath towel to use for multiple days so would recommend having a couple more on hand. (There are washer/dryers in building but we didn’t have need for them otherwise). Would stay here/condo again.

Condo was very clean and spacious. Complex was great location the bay view on balcony is beautiful. Fitness center was clean and equipment brand new. Beach was unbelievable. We enjoyed our stay at this condo would highly recommend anyone to stay here. We are looking forward to coming back again in the near future

Great price for location. We stayed on the bay side. I do wish there were public bathrooms on the gulf beach side - had to “hike” back to club house. Siesta Key is beautiful and everyone was super nice.

The unit was perfect and as described in the listing. The community in which it is located is perfect with the beach only 5 minutes walk and a beautiful pool/jacuzzi within steps of the door. Hope to stay here again!

My husband, brother and I stayed at Doug's condo for 3 days and had a blast. It was comfortable, clean, well appointed and a great location. 7$ For an UBER to Siesta Village. .9 miles to parasailing and jetskiing. Take drinks and snacks for the condo, but plenty of local restaurants and bars to enjoy. Don't miss the pool that is 40 yards from the room. There is an elevator for those who can't navigate the stairs. Quiet. Nice neighbors. Great trip!

The host quickly responded and helped us find somewhere else to stay last minute and reimbursed me immediately for the hotel room. We were able to get in late morning the following day and the condo was great. There was plenty of space for our family and we enjoyed the private beach and pool access. The office staff was friendly and helpful as was Yuri, who brought lounges to our space on the beach each day.

Perfect for our short stay
The owner responds quickly to any questions. The unit is exactly as described, near the end of the complex on the bay side. Easy to head to the bay pool and sit by the water. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. Condo had everything we needed for the week. AC works great and keeps condo cool. Thanks for having us!

Broken air conditioner
Location was great and everything it should have been except the air conditioning in the property was not working after about 24 hrs in 91 degree weather we found another location. Communication with the property owner was lacking but eventually communication was resolved and I received the money from him. I need to know how I can get my insurance money back from vrbo.

Loved this condo!
This condo is very spacious, clean and easily met all of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach across the street was so pretty. You do have the option to take your car over there is you have a lot of stuff to carry. There were two large families that took over the bay side pool every evening, but we just went over to the larger pool on the beach side. We had our 5 year old granddaughter that loves the pools. I would not hesitate to rent this condo again, we had a wonderful week!

We really liked our stay. Right licstion, sarasora, right complex, Palm Bay Club. Owner was easy to communicate with. Place is roomy, clean, well equipped, especially the kitchen, and well lit. Bay side preferable, too, to the beach side. Better grills, interesting boat traffic, hot tub, too.

Spacious well-appointed condo on Siesta Key
This was our sixth year staying in this Palm Bay Club condo. The condo is updated, clean, and very spacious. The owner is responsive and very pleasant. The Palm Bay Club bayside condos give you the best of both worlds - a pool and large hot tub, bbque grills, with a terrific fishing deck on the inter coastal providing something for everyone in the family. The beach is a short five or so minute walk. We have family who also stay in the complex , including the adjacent condo owned by the same family and its one fun-filled day after another. Can’t say enough good things about our stay!!
