We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

This unit needs a lot of updates. Both bedrooms look old and tired. Same with both bathrooms. Master bath door is chewed up at bottom and one side of trim. Kitchen appliances are old and ice maker did not work. I told someone in the office and they said they would have someone take care of it right away, but it never was fixed or anything else communicated to us about it. Living room is nice size, but need to replace area rugs and curtains (dirty and old). This unit is on 3rd floor right at front and street traffic is very noisy, especially during night.
