About this apartment rental
This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed with a 24" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds with a 40" flat screen TV. The Master bathroom has a bath tub and the guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. This condo also comes equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer. The condo has new wood flooring throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Great location, easy access to entire property and close to restaurants and shopping. Bayside pool very quiet and peaceful. Unit was exactly as listed, easy check in and out. Would definitely book again!

There were a few things about our stay that I think need to be shared.
1. Both bathrooms had issues. MA bath didn’t drain and would fill up like a bath almost whole showering. The shower in the smaller room had almost know pressure and the head is too close to the wall. The toilet when you flush it makes a loud sound like it is going to break.
2. The dishwasher didn’t seem to really clean the dishes so we ended up had washing them.
3. Washing machine door kept opening mid cycle.
4. There were a ton of items left behind in the laundry room. So many that it could be considered a hazard. You can verify with the guys who came out to fix the water heater beeping noise.
The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. We enjoyed the beach and pool areas although the pools were hot.
