About this apartment rental
This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and the guest bedroom has one full and one twin bed. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. The beautiful open-plan kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

The only hiccup we had was a large insect tried to make its way at home on our last night there. I think we may have left the screen door open a crack. The private beach was spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

Third trip to Palm Bay Club. Property is great but unit 354 is less than satisfactory. It is very outdated with worn out furniture, beds and very old bathroom fixtures. It is in serious need of updates. Also, upon check in we were told the ice maker was not working and that it would be fixed right away. Called 2 more times during stay becuase it was leaking water all over floor but never fixed. Please encourage owner to upgrade interior or lower rental rates.
