About this apartment rental
This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a spacious elevator to take you to the third floor. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a 50" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a 2 queen sized beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

This was a great location for us. Extra beach/pool towels would be nice, however everything was great.

Condo space much smaller than pictures make it appear, balcony view surrounded by nothing but construction site and construction workers would whistle and holler at us walking past them to the pool, we were told very minimal information at check in and when we would go in the office during our stay to ask a question they usually didn't know the answer. Love the proximity to the beach and the pool area themselves were very nice. Overall would not stay at this specific condo again but loved Siesta Key.
