About this apartment rental
This comfy unit was newly renovated in 2026. This first floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a four-night minimum stay for this unit. The Bay side of the property has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills and dock for fishing or boat watching. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of the property which has another pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, shuffleboard and our white sandy beach. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with 2 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have a 50" wall mounted flat screen TV while the living room has a 65" mounted flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. The Master Bedroom walk-in closet has a washer dryer combo unit. The spacious kitchen with new stainless appliances is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Because the host isn’t an individual, but the Palm Bay office, it isn’t as easy as sending a message in the app for communicating or asking simple questions. That said, this condo was beautiful. The location is great, you can look out and see the bay from the sliders and patio. Very comfortable. We would definitely consider staying again in this condo. Very clean, great location, very comfortable.

This was a great property for my family. It was exactly as described. The home was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beach and the ocean were beautiful. The ladies at the lobby for the Palm Bay Club were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They recommended a restaurant, Spearfish Grille, which we absolutely loved. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

This condo is clean and updated. Even the TV is Netflix-enabled for a rainy day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the second bedroom had a full bed and a bunk bed (pictures just showed the full bed), so our daughter got to have a bunk bed sleepover with her friend who was staying with her family in another unit. Other reviews mention the proximity to the pool— it really is just steps away. This led to some noise when guests were returning home after the pool closed, mainly from the second bedroom. It also means this unit is one of the farthest from the beach. I would not recommend staying here with any kind of mobility issue — this unit is for active families who don’t mind a little noise and who can haul beach gear from one end of the Palm Bay Club, across the street, through the rest of the Palm Bay Club, and to the beach. That said, we enjoyed our stay but on a return trip, we would book earlier in hopes of securing a unit closer to the beach/across the street. Boogie boards, coolers, and 2 chairs were provided. A wagon would’ve been awesome. Our friends stayed in a unit a few doors up, and their hosts provided a slew of treats and goodies; that made us a little jealous. But their condo was not as updated and given the choice, I’d pick this one. This condo is also keyless, which led to a lot of confusion at checkout (“Where is your key??”). Ending on a positive, they provided tons of clean towels, the sheets were crisp white and so clean, and the mattresses appeared brand new. Thanks!
