MICKEY-THEMED BEDROOM

The Mickey-themed bedroom brings an extra touch of Disney fun into the home and gives younger guests a playful space of their own.

After exciting days at Walt Disney World, kids can return to a room inspired by one of Disney's most recognizable characters and keep the vacation atmosphere going even after leaving the parks.

SOUTH-FACING PRIVATE POOL & SPA

One of the home's biggest highlights is the desirable south-facing private pool and spa.

The southern exposure is especially appealing for guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day. Start the morning with coffee beside the water, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming, or return from Walt Disney World and enjoy some well-earned poolside downtime.

The spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the Florida weather together.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. It is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool only when optional pool heat is added.

Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day.

GAME ROOM & UPSTAIRS LOFT

When it's time for some friendly competition, head to the game room where kids, teens, and adults can challenge each other to pool, ping-pong, or basketball hoops.

Whether you're planning a family tournament, looking for entertainment after a theme park day, or spending an afternoon at the home, the game room gives everyone another fun place to spend time together.

Upstairs, the loft with a flat-screen cable TV provides an additional gathering area away from the main living room. Kids and adults can spread out and enjoy different activities while still staying together under one roof.

Four king bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations for adults and couples, including a downstairs king ensuite and an upstairs king master ensuite.

The remaining bedrooms include two twin beds and a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing practical sleeping arrangements for children, siblings, cousins, or friends traveling together.

With six full bathrooms throughout the home, larger groups have added convenience when everyone is getting ready for another exciting day in Orlando.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making meals at home easy throughout your stay. Prepare breakfast before heading to Disney, return home for lunch and pool time, or gather everyone together for a relaxed family dinner.

Flat-screen TVs are provided in the living room, upstairs loft, and all bedrooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a full-size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, towels, and bed linens provide additional everyday conveniences throughout your stay.

Guests have access to two impressive resort amenity complexes at ChampionsGate—the Oasis Club and The Retreat.
