About this villa rental
Just outside the small town of Petra, the Villa Son March is set in a rural location with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. On the ground floor, the typical Majorcan house, which can accommodate 12 people, has a spacious living room with a large dining table, a well-equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the upper floor, there are 3 further bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and another living room. The child-friendly villa also has Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a cot, a high chair and a parking space on the property. The stand-out highlight is the outside area with its covered terrace with dining table and lounge furniture, barbecue and its 115-m² pool, which also has a small, separate area for children. Son March leaves nothing to be desired and offers you absolute peace and privacy. The nearest restaurant, which is run by the owners of the villa, is only a few minutes’ walk away. Here, you will get your meals served if you book breakfast or half board as an additional service (without drinks). Shops in Petra are 10 min by car and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes away in the car.
Extra services can be arranged for at cost optionally after booking and directly at the place. Those services are: adult breakfast, child breakfast, adult half-board, child half board, 2nd cot and/or high chair, ping pong table, tennis court and beach towels.
Reservations are not accepted for persons under 25 years of age.
The property is intended for families only. The property is in a quiet area, no noise, parties or events are allowed.

Pros: Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Der Poolbereich ist ein Traum, sehr sauber und gross, noch schöner als auf den Fotos.

Cons: Für den Tennisplatz zu benutzen musste man zusätzlich bezahlen
