Loved the location. Incredibly convenient to be able to access directly from the airport. Loved the history and respect shown towards it. The whole design of the building was incredible as well. The playlist was spot on. The coffee bar by the front desk was a highlight and had wonderful people. The main restaurant was delicious and our server was very kind. The rooftop pool was so fun, especially traveling with kids.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel could’ve been much better (carpets, walls, tiles). The hotel seems worn down. The staff didn’t seem pleased to be there. The food court could really use new vendors and some life in there. The food was pretty awful. For the price that was spent on the hotel (room, food, amenities) I feel like I paid quite a bit of money for convenience. I would’ve loved to have this been more of a destination and experience hotel rather than just a convenience hotel.
