About this lodge
MODERN FAMILY LODGE WITH SPACE FOR EVERYONE * 5 Bedrooms (1 King, 3 Queen, Twin Bunk) * 3 Full Bathrooms * 2 Sleeper Sofas * DirecTV in All Rooms * Theater Room with Reclining Sofas * Large 7-Person Hot Tub * High-Speed Wi-Fi * Large Paved Driveway * Mountain Views * No Crazy Mountain Roads Nothin' But A Good Time was built in 2018 with family vacations in mind. This lodge has 3 levels of fun and lots of room for everyone. The lower level has a second living area with a wet bar, pool table, 60-game arcade machine, and a theater room with surround sound and sofa recliners! We are located in an area of newer cabins, just a short distance off a main road with no steep mountain roads or driveways. Our driveway is paved and has parking for multiple vehicles and can accommodate a trailer. This is the perfect getaway location! Absolutely beautiful and something for everyone!

The house is very nice. It has an initial shared driveway that splits off at the top. The houses are separated by trees and there is ample parking space for multiple vehicles (we only had two but you could fit more). The kids loved watching the family of bunnies in the yard and also found a lizard.
The good: It has a gorgeous view. The young adults loved the pool table and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable movie space, fire pit and deck seating. Make sure to plan time just to hang out at the house. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space so we did not feel crowded. With two refrigerators, there’s room for a week of drinks and food. Great out of town location convenient to get to any destination. Plenty of hot water for everyone to take showers.
The less good: If you have light sleepers or want bedroom privacy you may struggle. You can hear everything between the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom to the two bedrooms below. If you get carsick, the roads out to the house are windy. (But pretty much all of them out of town are that way)
We had a plumbing issue and the owners were responsive, sending out the plumber the same day.
Overall we would definitely stay here again.
NOTE: There are coffee filters. There is no aluminum foil, saran wrap or anything left in the kitchen from previous renters so make sure to bring everything you will need. We cheated and used Instacart.

Was a great stay, highly recommend. Had all the amenities and is very comfortable even for a larger group like we had. It is in a great location that is a quick drive from the Pigeon Forge strip. Larry and Stacia go above and beyond to make sure they make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone else.

Was a little scary for us city girls, our first drive in the mountains, but so relaxing and beautiful once we got to the cabin. Would do it again in a minute, thank you so much to the owners for sharing their cabin with us.

House was exactly how pictured and described - the perfect size and layout for family reunions. The adults loved playing pool and hanging out in the bottom level while the kids were watching movies in the theater. We enjoyed relaxing around the firepit and one night we made S'mores!
The location was great - only about 15-20 minutes from the strip in Pigeon Forge and we loved Larry's food recommendations. Definitely check out Gaucho Urbano if you are a carnivore!
Would definitely recommend this host and this house to everyone!

Great location for family of 11 ages 12-78!! Paired with a UT college visit and meet up with family was perfect—completely avoided often crazy drives into the more popular areas. Only 15 minute drive to some great local dining places and only 35 to UT. Accommodations were great, loved the basement with various activities for kids and adults alike. The communication was very clear of what the rental would have in the way of appointments so was able to plan accordingly. Thanks for helping us make great family memories!

We had an amazing stay over Christmas. The cabin was beautiful and we loved everything about it! The owners were so helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was beautiful with a good view. The house was beautiful so roomy and enjoyable. Would love to stay here again it is so quite and peaceful. Loved that it was put to itself neighbors but not that u would know it Hope we can rent it again some time soon.

For the most part, we had 7 adults at home with an 8th joining on the last day. We are already talking about renting this place again.

Relaxing accommodations
Lovely large cabin with a wonderful Mountain View. Five bedrooms and pull out couches made for plenty of room for our group of 12. The kids loved the bottom floor with the pool table, hot tub and Pac Man. The owners were gracious and quickly took care of a couple of our ‘complaints’. We loved being located in Sevierville. I would not hesitate to recommend this cabin or the Owners who also have other cabins in the Smokies.

Wonderful Cabin
The cabin was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room for our party of 8. Kids had plenty to do with the theatre room, pool table and arcade game. Communication was excellent. We would definitely rent this cabin again!

The 3 levels worked well for everyone in the family. Enough space for those who still need naps, and those who loved challenging each other on the video game system.

Perfect cabin really cozy feels like home! Enjoyed the game room with bar very nice and clean and fun, the theatre is so nice with comfy couches perfect for a family movie night everything about this cabin was nice also good owners reply on time and were very nice thank you guys for this perfect vacation home

Beautiful Family Vacation
Everything at Nothing But A Good Time was perfect! What a beautiful spacious cabin! Many nights after dinner were spent playing pool. The movie theater was awesome! The cabin was sparkling clean and the beds were comfortable. I especially liked having two refrigerators.
There are hundreds of things to do nearby. Our favorite restaurant was The Local Goat. (Make sure you go on their website and make a reservation). Dollywood was amazing and so was the Dolly Stampede.
I highly recommend staying in this cabin! Great location and a great property.

i rented this for a birthday present for my gf. we did a 2 day rental and it was amazing. it is only 15 miles form my home in sevierville but we felt like we were in another state. great cabin had everything we could need. we will def rent this next year, and will add another day onto it. Highly recommend this cabin.

Wonderful
We enjoyed this house and property very much. We had plenty of space for 3 families ranging in age from 3 to 72. Kids enjoyed the pool table and theater and the dining area was the perfect size. Beautiful views of the Smokey's were an excellent bonus to our stay

Hot tub was on 70 so could not use the first day. Also kids used second day and got a horrible rash. Bacteria from hot tub.
Could not use one room since the bunk beds where unsafe. Owner sent handyman but couldn't fix
No instruction book in house. Most cabins have.
Couldn't use main TV with cable in living room. Bad cable service. Had to watch a movie or Netflix.
Fire pit but no wood. Owner should have some on site.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family of 12. This cabin was immaculate and everything we needed! The bedding was perfect, and the furniture was super nice! Thank you for a wonderful place where we could make priceless memories!

Wonderful place to make Family Memories
Our children (6) and grandchildren (5) joined us to celebrate Christmas in this wonderful cabin. The cabin was spacious and had a very well equipped kitchen for which we were grateful since we cooked a lot! The hot tub and theater room were terrific! We had plenty of room for our family and loved the owner’s lovely Christmas decorations-so festive! We loved staying here and making memories for a life time!

Thanksgiving in the Smokies
Fabulous property! All amenities that you will need for a week long stay! Stunning views. Plenty of room for eight or more! Kids had the whole bottom floor to themselves. I only hope my comments don’t make the place so popular that I will be unable to book in the future. Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!

Great for large family
I cannot say enough good things about this cabin. The photos are accurate, but do not quite do justice to the cabin. The cabin is decorated nicely, and the furniture is not worn out.
We had 10 adults for our 3 night stay but were never crowded. We rent a cabin each year the second weekend of November for our family Thanksgiving. The kitchen is equipped better than any I have ever rented, with top of the line appliances and nice dishes, not mismatched plates or worn out cookware. I was able to prepare the entire Thanksgiving feast just like I was in my home cooking. We even invited additional family members to eat with us. There were more than enough glasses, plates, forks, spoons, etc. for our group. The table and bar seating allowed us to eat our meals together. Having two full size refrigerators was also a plus.
The beds were comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. We had one bedroom that we did not use, as they enjoyed the basement area so much. The pool table, theater room, and hot tub were hits with everyone. The cabin was an easy drive and convenient to anything we wanted to visit..
Check in and check out were easy. We have already decided we will rent this one for our next family Thanksgiving.
