Guests must obey ALL pool rules or risk being ejected (if serious offense - for rest of stay and fined). - Parking: The driveway can fit up to ~5-6 vehicles (compactly parked, regular-sized). Overnight street parking is not allowed in the community. - The central AC covers the main floor. We have installed a large, 14,000 BTU portable AC system downstairs for the hotter days.
