Situated in Ocean City, this lovely condo for $358 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Must be at least 30 years of age with proof via a copy of your driver's license for each unrelated member of your group. NO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS EVEN WITH PARENTAL GUARANTEE!!!! This property consistently rents year after year for good reason. Great location! Right off the Rt. 90 bridge. Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath and all the comforts of home plus more!! Fabulous views from all of main living areas and also from the master bedroom, double size balcony and an awesome rooftop pool! Just a 1/2 to one block to our FREE and pristine beach! Located mid town on 63rd Street just a stone's throw from the Rt. 90 entrance into Ocean City. Contactless entry allows you to pull right into town, make a left and then a quick U turn and you can begin your vacation without stopping to get a key! Covered from the sun parking available for FREE. Parking passes for two cars plus street parking. Outdoor shower to rinse your feet and beach items before entering unit. Outdoor storage closet for you to store your beach items Tons of space (1700 sq ft +/-) to entertain family and friends! Enjoy the sunset overlooking the bay and marsh from your double over-sized balcony. The views are gorgeous. Enjoy the rooftop pool deck that also has gorgeous views, sweeping unobstructed views. Use the gas fireplace during the off-season for year round enjoyment. Secure elevator, outdoor shower and very easy walking distance to many favorite fun things to do such as the Ocean City Tennis Center with several courts and surfaces, Rosenfeld's Jewish Deli (huge sandwiches to share), Fager's Island, Annabelle's BBQ and Creamery so much more and close to the beach! Available Thursdays-Sundays, Sundays-Thursdays, Thursdays-Thursdays or Sundays-Sundays during peak season. A 4% administration fee will be added to your quote. Can be rented by the month in the off season at a discounted rate. Flexibility on availability in the off season and "shoulder" months. Must be at least 30 years of age with proof via a copy of your driver's license for each unrelated member of your group. NO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS EVEN WITH PARENTAL GUARANTEE!!!! Sleeps 7 in beds. There is also a storage unit just outside the door for you to store your sandy beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Sheets for the three main bedrooms and towel sets for 7 people are provided for your convenience and will be delivered to your door. Please bag the used items in the same bag and leave by the front door at the end of your stay. Additional sheet sets for the pull out sofa are available for an additional $15.00 and towel sets for $10.00. Let us know when you book should you desire additional items. Welcome Packages including 1 paper towel, 2 toilet paper, one sponge, one dishwashing packet, 1 dishwashing liquid and 2 hand soaps. Please let us know at least a week or two before your stay if you would like any of the rental packages. Looking for things to do when not at the beach or pool? There are a multitude of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Parents and kids alike will enjoy Fish Tales on 21st Street or Macky's on 53rd, good food and fun for the kids. Alley Oops a restaurant, bar and amusement center for kids and adults alike. Two locations 55th and 131st. Just outside Ocean City is Frontier Town. This will take you back to the old west. Stop by the saloon for lunch and take in the gunfight at the OK Corral. A 10 minute drive from Ocean City will take you to Berlin, voted America's Coolest Small Town. Antique and specialty shops abound. Stop by the Atlantic Hotel. Built in the early 1900's and lovingly restored to it's original glory. Enjoy lunch or dinner or just sit on the front porch in a rocker and sip a nice cool drink while watching everyone stroll by. This is a non-smoking, no pets building. If you must smoke, please do so outside of the building. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
It was roomy with a nice decor, comfy beds and awesome AC. The short walk to the beach was appreciated by all of us. The building was very secure also.

We had a lovely stay. Our first family vacation since 2020. Location was perfect. A few short blocks to the beach. We didn’t have a key to lock the storage closet in the hallway but no one touches your stuff so it was fine. Loved having a washer and dryer especially when traveling with a baby. A high chair would have been helpful for meals but we managed. The apartment was beautiful and big. The cleaning services could do a better job with cleaning bathrooms and under the couches. We spent a lot of time on the floor with our crawling grandson and it a toy rolled under the couch it was pretty dirty. It really wasn’t anything to bring to the attention of property manager but just an observation. The kitchen was great for cooking! All in all we had a fabulous time in OC!

Great location with a nice waterfront view. Loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the wildlife and boats. Close to the beach/boardwalk and other activities. The only reason this location didn't get 5 stars is because the unit didn't appear to have a general cleaning. There was a lot of hair on the couch, hair in the hallway shower, and the hallway sink and mirror had not been wiped down. Additionally, one of the TVs in the bedrooms was not hooked up. On a positive note, communication with Ann was excellent and she responded quickly to an issue we had at the unit.

Didn’t like that the closest in the master bedroom was zip tied and we had to keep our clothes in a different room. Would you let me know the reason for that.

We only stayed 1 night; but the condo was very nice. The only unfortunate thing is that it was hot rod car weekend and we didn't get much sleep from all of the engine revving and burnouts occurring along the highway where the condo is located.

We were renting this property to attend the Oceans Calling festival which ended up being canceled due to the Hurricane. The weather was terrible but the Condo was a great place to relax and just get away for a few days. I loved the views from the back balcony looking over the bay. We took two cars and when we got in there was only one parking pass. I contacted Ann right away and she responded quickly and had another parking pass dropped off. There was plenty of room that we didn't feel on top of each other. We all really loved how comfortable the couch was especially since we spent a lot of time watching movies. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to go back sometime in warmer weather to take advantage of the Rooftop pool!

Great time!
We loved it! Great location and was so big to fit our family. We enjoyed the views from the deck and really liked the pool on the roof! One recommendation would be to put either dark or black out curtains in the front 2 rooms because the hallway lights were still bright with the blinds closed. Overall great stay and really enjoyed our time, thanks!

Beautiful Condo!

Overall, it was a great stay. There was some traffic noise, but not the owners fault. Enough space for what the Unit had to offer.

Nice place to stay
I was happy except the property owner kept changing the thermostat via Wi-Fi control, to a warmer temp than what we had it set at. So when we would come back for the day and tried to sleep at night he would constantly be changing the temp. Most of the time it was just to hot. But we had no problem except our first night the person staying above us was peeing off the balcony and we had to yell at them.

When I opened the door all I could say was “WOW! This condo is huge, bright and beautiful! Well decorated, the view from walk out master suite and living room to the large balcony was AMAZING! To wake up and look at the view I could see Gods love and I was just HAPPY, a wonderful feeling of peace from our everyday lives. Clean, fresh, peaceful and happy , easy clear instructions, combined with a friendly and very responsive management team (Ann Holtz -AWESOME ) everything you need is offered here! Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!’
