Very good location - 20min to Warsaw center, 5 min to S8. British style, perfect breakfast. Very nice and welcoming owners. Quiet place but located in a city with shops and train station.

Easy to reach, quiet area, free parking available on place, spacious and extremely clean room and bathroom.
Very lovely staff: Anja and her husband welcome you warmly and they help with everything you may need.
I had a calm e restoring sleep while a VERY long drive across EU and I could not pick up any better place.
Will book here again! Highly recommended.

Host nice and warm. Breakfast nice, made for our time.
We booked it as Family studio, but it is only a room with shared bathroom. Bed linen is so old, full of holes in it and towels also very old, also not white, more like grey now. If i have not missed the fact while booking it has shared bathroom wouldn’t havebooked it. Anyway it was not what we have expected and the price is not valid for this type of booking. And family members also walking around when we have breakfast, son sitting near computer in the same room is also not what you expect while eating :)
