We landed at 1pm and got the keys about 3.30pm so left our cases in a cupboard on the roof terrace although this was at our own risk but was fine and then went for lunch in the town which is a 5 minute walk. The villa is spacious although there were only 4 of us, very well equipped and the pool terrace and pool with sea views were fabulous.
We went on the Toot Toot train which stops just up from the villa to Punta Prima then got a taxi back, wine tasting to Bodegas Binifadet with lunch which was a lovely day out and got the bus into Mahon and did the 1 hour boat trip around the harbour. Dinner at Bambu which you can see from the villa is a must, book for the terrace and watch the sun go down, the pizza place and fish restaurant are also very good and the well equipped supermarket is a couple of minutes away.
As the other reviews mention although the kitchen is well equipped with utensils etc there was no salt, pepper, oil, spare toilet rolls etc or welcome pack. We left what we had bought so these could easily have been left for the next visitors. Also, no beach towels but as other reviews had mentioned this we knew to bring them.

La casa tiene una ubicación fantástica. Tener el pueblo a 1 minuto y el súper es cómodísimo.
La casa nos la entregaron recogida y bien pero se nota que le faltan fondos, profundizar en la limpieza.

La estructura del alojamiento es la de un chalet o vivienda particular lo que la hace ideal para unas vacaciones familiares. La piscina y las amplias terrazas y zonas ajardinadas, unido a una ubicación privilegiada próxima al mar hacen que la vida se haga mayoritariamente en el exterior de la vivienda. Al estar en una zona turística es amplia la oferta de restaurantes, pequeñas tiendas y zonas de ocio. En cualquier caso, Menorca es pequeña y todo está muy a mano.

Está muy bien ubicada cruzando la calle está el mar con una cala para poder zambullirse. La casa es muy grande, linda y tiene todo lo necesario
