Excellent hotel with a spectacular view of the sea, nice and professional staff who help with everything, very clean, plenty of delicious food, I will recommend to friends
We had a late flight back home. It would have been much more convenient for us if we had stayed in the room before the flight, even with an additional payment, but unfortunately they did not agree. They only helped by giving us a room for half an hour to shower. Other than that, everything was perfect.

It’s a short bus drive to the old town. The staff was incredible. Special thanks to Desmond the entertainer, Cristina in the restaurant and Adonis in the bar, the lady who cleaned our room too. All great!
You guys made our holidays so special!
No options of pillows and I found mine uncomfortable. I asked the concierge lady to change and she told me that was not possible. Also asked an extra one and never came.

The staff were fantastic - can not fault the staff they were all lovely.
I can not believe how much money I paid to stay here. I have stayed in 5* proper luxury for cheaper - so I was disappointed at how average the place was. Nothing was consistent, all staff made the cocktails differently do you didn’t know what you would get. There are no staff around apart from behind the bar, so one day by the pool - a duck just got into the pool, and literally went to the toilet in the pool. There was no one around to see or put a stop to this. So
That was the pool out of use for the holiday, and we weren’t crazy about using the kids pool as an alternative. It was an ok hotel but I feel like it’s double the price it should be.
