The location is beautiful. The access to the beach was great, however, it’s still somewhat of a public beach so people can come with their own umbrella and towel and set up in front of your front row chair.. and they did
The property is a bit tired and the bathrooms are a bit tight for a couple to move around on. The food quality is mediocre and you are somewhat of a captive audience at this location

I am glad to say that me and my wife have completely enjoyed facilities, services, location, food, personal from this hotel. This hotel is a wonderful place for a calm retreat with a nice sea view, not lots of overwhelming attractions,
The sea - it was just amazing! The ultra clean, warm water with a nice sandy entrance... It is a dream! Spacious beach, food service on the beach, nice mountain covered location - it was wonderful!
I must say, that as any location on Korfu, it would be a disaster to come in July-September due to enormous amount of wasps. It was not possible to lie on the beach with a nice cocktail, food, as there were hordes of wasps and administration of the hotel didn't do anything to raise awareness of this issue and take measures.
We were also not happy about tourists from other hotels passing by and smoking on the beach (it was impossible to stay on the 2nd/3rd line)

Rooms were clean; pools nice; good access to beach; seems to be nice restaurants (see next comments)
We booked 2 sea view rooms, at extra cost, for 2 night stay for family of 5. Arrived early on day of checkin, met by staff member (not offered welcome drink like other guests?), who explained the hotel, how to book restaurants, etc. sent to reception for keys.
One person at reception at checkin time, at least 5 sets of guests waiting. There were at least 4 or 5 staff members in an office area at the same time behind reception chatting. Ridiculous.
Informed at reception that one of the rooms had a maintenance problem and not ready. No problem, the other room had a pool to the back terrace, we all enjoyed that for a while.
Tried to book restaurant - no availability in any that had à la carte menus. Why weren’t we advised to book earlier? And found out that both restaurants offering à la carte were closed the following night and only buffet options available. So no à la carte service for our entire stay. Baffling.
Went to reception - room not ready but they were happy to ‘upgrade’ us to inward courtyard facing room. We said no thanks, we’ll take our sea view as we booked and wait the 2 hours further it’d take. Went back 2 hours later, told room was ready, brought to our room - inward facing courtyard room!! After much discussion said we’d wait until the next day for sea view. As ‘compensation’ we were offered a credit against restaurants (noting previous comments regarding non availability of à la carte).
In summary - a joke. Badly managed - staff were ok and friendly but all over the place. So badly managed. And unbelievable that guests could not obtain an à la carte option.
Very disappointed - this is not the standard that Autograph strive for.
