We loved the beach and the sea snd supplemented the food and entertainment with trips into Corfu old town.

The location on the beach and the views. The staff on the nighttime bars The DJ on the Sunday night where everyone danced The a la carte restaurant

The rooms needed updating. The access to hotel was difficult due to narrow mountain road. The pool bar staff in the daytime were very surly and miserable. The entertainment in the evening which was listening to piano or jazz music was very unremarkable and did not lighten the mood The all inclusive was restricted to main dining room for food. The removal of towels if you were absent for 30 mins…made for very quick dips in the sea or a family member having to stay on guard No local shops or restaurants within walking distance

An overrated hotel...

The delicious food. Free, quick and easy access to the beach.

Basically, the hotel didn't exactly look like the advertised images, apart from the beach and pool for sure, which was totally disappointing. The room wasn't as modern and clean as in the images, and they honestly require full renovation. The beautiful kids club looked like a cave in reality, smells like mold, and not as vibrant as it looks in the images. We booked half-board which simply included breakfast and dinner (where dinner was served without drinks) which is absolutely nuts decision by the hotel & restaurant, yet it wasn't a problem for us to order drinks and pay for it, but what was truly uncomfortable is the staff stalking you basically and looking at your food to see whether you've picked up a drink or not, and I was told like 3 times in one day by the same waitress that drinks are paid, ha, drinks are paid, she kept repeating herself. Although I only had water (, which is free). That creates an entirely unpleasant experience and makes you hate the food that you are already paying for (included in the price). The WiFi service is basically horrible, continuously disconnecting and unstable. The TV Flat screen was around 20-inch screen, so do not get high hopes to watch something. We had a hole in the tiles where tons of ants used to come out and was extremely annoying.

great location, food and facilities; AMAZING staff

well it was our second visit and we will go back again so that says a lot. it’s an amazing place but the staff are fantastic, polite, helpful, nothing is too much trouble

Awesome beach

Awesome beach, food was ok, big choice.

We had half board booked. Every time we came for dinner and if we took wine (which was not included in the price but we were OK to pay extra) the older staff seemed to jump around the corner and warn that we were only on half board and that we would have to pay. And again, we were not going to steal anything there. It's OK for us to pay for the extra. But every time the impression was created that we were being hunted and constantly watched with condemnation, there was a sense of tension every time. What can not be said about the young generation staff - they were all very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is simply beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. The food was good, quite wide choice, but would appreciate a larger selection of seafood and fish. However, overall I highly recommend this place!!!

Amazing stay, even the rain didnt stop us enjoying it

The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help and answer any question we had. We got a surprise room upgrade for my bday which was so kind. I almost cried when they told me. The view from the hotel and almost private beach are stunning. The area is large and there is plenty to do for number of days. They had a DJ playing one night so we danced quite a bit. We got there by bus. Took us a while to figure it out but it is number 15 from the airport to the rocco square and then blue number 11 to town near the hotel. Hotel then sends a free shuttle to collect you from the nearby town. The shuttle meets the bus so you dont need to wait there. Very well organized. The drivers are also very polite and kind. The sea water is christal clear. Wish we stayed a bit longer.

The gym is very old, it was raining heavily the day we used it and somehow it was even raining inside the gym so the floor was a bit flooded. Machines a bit sqeeky but if working out is not your main goal during the trip than it all doesn't matter. The beer prices are a bit steep if you are on half board but otherwise absolutely great place to stay and relax.

Location was spectacular. Staff were all incredibly friendly. Great choice of food

Our room was near a noisy generator that went off around 7am each morning. We had booked a massage at breakfast as they have a table there to do so. unfortunately they did this in a diary while offering an online booking system and they had double booked us and then hounded us all morning trying to get another time slot. This could have been avoided if they simply had a tablet to book customers in rather than a paper diary.

Amazing location - but shouldn't be considered a 5 star hotel

Amazing location, beach is lovely. For anyone who intends to only spend time on the beach, this place is perfect. Staff was friendly as well.

The hotel is general seems very old, screaming to be renovated. Certain photos that I have seen in reviews beforehand really are the reality, so wouldn't want to be spending a lot of time in the room. The dinner was also far from what we were hoping for, with a lot of different options every night (sure that is good for some people) but the quality just really not up to standard. While we really enjoyed our stay here because of the amazing location and lovely beach, this was certainly not up to the European standards for a 5 star hotel.

Horrible hotel, don't stay here

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location!!! It's a nice beach for what it is! Avoid the hotel

The hotel itself is extremely old and dated with patchwork painted walls and plaster missing, there were green stains on the bathroom wall in 6307 the first room, the phone didn't work, the tv didn't work either and there was a general lack of all round cleanliness and maintenance, we were so close to the 2m×2m unit for the aircon that it sounded like we had a frosge from the 1960s that was about to take off to the moon at any point during the long sleepless night!!! . Upon raising these concerns we were moved to a room wich kind of resembled a junior suite! The difference between the rooms was night and day although the bed was broken and I had to get it replaced! The room was still patch paint work and falling apart from the door in the mini bar to the cover for the fuse board!! All-inclusive guests at this hotel are no different from room only, breakfast or half board guests,there is no distinction between guests just some little signs around stating self service drinks are for All-inclusive guests. The staff are cocky and arrogant in the main restaurant, you will.often hear them telling guests they don't get paid enough for this s*** or if you are not happy with something you can talk with the manager who also doesn't care!!! The restaurant is filthy like sticky tables and table bases are dirty, table edges are falling off or snapping back and forth when you move yiur arms and most jave nails sticking out or bent over to keep them from coming off..... The food was ok for the first night and the next day and we were only there 4 days, the gross reuse of food is on a grand scale at this hotel and you will get real sick kf the food really fast!! When we were checking out the emergency phone in the funicular did not work!!!!

The rooms don't look like those in the photos. In photos, it seems like they used Photoshop. There was damaged furniture in the room, which looked like an old one. It’s not a 5-star hotel. It's more like a 3-star hotel.

There's a sandy beach and shallow sea, which is good for kids especially. We love snorkelling, I can't say Pelekas is the best but not bad. The food was alright, there are many options for breakfast and dinner.

The breakfast is until 10 am and continental until 11 am. It would be great if the full breakfast was available until 11am. No slippers in the room. Not a big problem but the hotel is slightly out of date, like a 5* from early 2000s. They did not provide beach towels between noon and 4 pm which did not make sense, either in the morning or between 4-6 pm.

The hotel is located on a nice beach.

The road to the hotel is very dangerous. You have to follow a very steep slope for several kilometres to reach the hotel. There are not enough parking places. The staff of the front desk is not supportive. When you arrive you have to make an online self check in. No help from the staff. The quality of the beverages included in the All inclusive was poor.

I have been to pelekas before but not at this hotel. it has a lovely location. I think the food was hit and miss. I was

the rooms were too small and the food was not great . the staff need to be trained. the reception staff were trained but the dining room staff were a bit gruff and lacked training. we got fed up being asked if we were full board or half board and if we were paying cash or card? I think there has to be a better system?

The location is great. Easy to access from Corfu city and the beach is just perfect for a relaxing holiday. The full board is a good choice, offering a large variety of food for each meal. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant and bar areas.

The drinks included with full board could have been better -- e.g. I would've liked a better red wine, coffee and some fresh juices. The place is a bit dated and needs some renovation. The kids club minders were not very polite and made it clear that they didn't really want to look after our 3 year old, as he is too young to manage. The entertainment was quite overbearing at times -- e.g. aerobics in the swimming pool or karaoke at the bar during the evening.
