Location
The service (at the bars) was not up to the 5 star rating. In general, one could say that even though it doesn't apply to all staff, majority of them were not trained to provide 5 star services.

The pool area was beautiful and the restaurant and bars were lovely and provided a lovely atmosphere
Our room was actually terrible. We were so disappointed. We are travelling Greece for 7 weeks and have seen a lot of accommodation and although this was one of the more expensive places we stayed, the room was so inadequate. It was not cleaned well, there shower leaked and the bathroom was constantly wet. Our towels had holes in them. In hindsight we should have asked to be moved from that particular room which is in desperate need of renovations because it really dampened our stay.
