Pool & rooftop
The facility isn’t clean and this is far away from being 5 star level.
We got a different room, and just after a long discussion at 8 PM we finally got the right one.
Also we asked for compensation, that required us to argue with the staff and only after several time they give us lunch and a late check-out.
Shame.
