Southern Charm vacation rentals presents the gold star penthouse suite located in the heart of midtown ATLANTA. Southern Charm is a Premiere Partner with HomeAway and Superhost with AIRBNB The penthouse is minutes away Atlantic Station,SCAD, Piedmont Park, The Atlanta Botanical Gardens and the Fox Theatre just to name a few Conveniently nestled among Speciality shops, spas, 5 star restaurants and plenty of shopping. One Bedroom with Queen Bed Freshly laundered white lines and 4 standard comfy pillows. 42' Smart TV with unlimited streaming. White tiled floors throughout bedroom leading to walk in closet and newly renovated bathroom. The walk- in closet has a safe to store valuables, an orange bench for easy dressing and a luggage rack. You will also find 2 freshly laundered robes to relax in while visiting with Southern Charm. Bathroom Courtesy toiletries such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, powder, shower cap, feminine supplies and deodorant, just in case you forgot yours. 3 fresh white bath towels, 2 hand towels, 3 facecloths, 2 pairs of disposable slippers and hair dryer. The spa shower has courtesy bath wash, shampoo, conditioner and a small stoop. The shower has 6 different water ways The toilet is a remote controlled bidet complete with a warm seat. Master Kitchen Completely stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, pots, pans, drinking glasses, wine glass, oversized plates, bowls, mugs and shot glasses. Smart stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Wine cooler comes stocked with customary flavored wine coolers and beers. The refrigerator has waters, wine and sodas. Coffee Bar Kuerig machine with 4 k-cups, sugar and cream. Flavored teas and breakfast/snack bars. Portable Bar 4 courtesy alcohol shots, extra wine and shot glasses. Dining Room Glass table with seating for 4. Living Room The acoustic sounds travel from the living room to outside on the private patio. Large smart TV with unlimited streaming. Leather queen sofa bed complete with fresh linens located in the master closet Laundry Area Guest can use the washer and dryer. Please bring your own washing supplies. We had a short stay in the ATL before we headed home to FL. The location was great; beautiful neighborhood! The kitchen was spectacular; a real gourmet kitchen! We love to cook! The shower was ahhhhhmazing! We also loved the surround sound so much we had a movie night. The host was gracious. She even left us some delicious goodies, and adult beverages! We felt special! Thank you!!!!

This place was great for getting work done throughout the day. Bright and homey. There’s a great coffee shop within walking distance, beautiful neighborhood, some complimentary drinks which I appreciated, and plenty more I liked about it. The only downside for me was the check-in process seemed extra difficult. Maybe I just had a hard time following/understand the instructions, though. And there were some things that were just plain difficult to use, like the toilet, the shower, and the thermostat. Probably spent 40 minutes combined trying to figure all that out, but once I did, it was fine.

We had a great time and everything was very close. We rented a Audi Q5 and it fit perfectly in the garage. Having a parking spot made the visit much more pleasant.

Great 1 bedroom condo in between Buckhead and mid - town in ATL! Close to everything you’ll need for a great stay whether short stay or a weeks long getaway!

This was a short stay in the city for an anniversary. An outstanding property in a great location. Everything was just as it should be and this might be one of our favorite stays anywhere.

The property was bitter sweet. The parking is very tight even for my small SUV. The secure parking isn't really secure. There is still access and the garage opens on its own. There was a guy that kept walking in and out of the garage. Inside the condo the side door kept opening and shutting. Very small condo. Which I thought was bigger. I never stayed. I left and found an exceptional room. No refund but hey small things to a giant

This place is Gorgeous. The owners paid very close attention to everything. I've stayed in plenty of places but this one has set the bar. The kitchen has everything you need I mean EVERYTHING. They even had a a couple of wine coolers in the WINE COOLER.🌹 The Bathroom .well you see the pictures!! They even had robes and slippers. When you turn on the TV, a good one by the way, with ALL the APPS,it has surround sound!! Even on the patio. I can't say enough good things about it The owner was a phone call away and pleasant. That means a lot! The most important thing, the guide book. In most places it's not up to date the book here spelled everything out for you regarding controls, instructions, etc. This place rocks

This was a great spot to stay at. The host communication was beyond what I expected. They answered each and every question or concern I had. The apartment was very nice with several upgrades. I would stay here again on my next visit.

This property was truly amazing! I mean from the door to the patio, I can’t say enough nice things about it. The accommodations, the amenities… everything.
This will certainly not be our last time staying. ONLY thing missing was honey for the tea and dark roast coffee lol. But seriously…immaculate accommodations. Well done host.

The place looks just like the pictures and smells excellent. The added bonus is the location. It’s close to lots of restaurants and entertainment. I Would def recommend! Also, the host was very accommodating. I didn’t book enough days and noticed the error after I paid. She promptly made the adjustments. You won’t regret booking here.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants. Some constant traffic noise being close to the interstate but it was convenient to get there from the airport. Had a snafu with a broken key fob but was easily solved with a FaceTime call. We enjoyed our stay in Atlanta

Weekend getaway
Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with easy walking to restaurants. Some constant traffic noise being close to the interstate but it was convenient to get there from the airport. Had a snafu with a broken key fob but was easily solved with a FaceTime call. We enjoyed our stay in Atlanta

The Southern Charm is just that! It was warm and welcoming!
The seasons were changing which made the trees beautiful colors to view through the windows! The patio was my favorite spot, which includes a speaker for your tunes. I didn’t cook anything, but it’s well equipped for the job if you do! The location is everything for all things downtown! The home as a whole is nice, and I would recommend to anyone! We will be back!

Clean Cute Quiet
With just enough room for the 2 of us, I was delighted to find the property was immaculately clean and contemporary, just as pictured and I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Coupled with the jetted shower, heated bidet and complimentary essentials made this a 5 star stay for us! Definitely my go to property for future visits.

Wonderful Midtown Stay
The location was great-right in Midtown Atlanta. The property was wonderful- the elevator up to the condo was a bit temperamental but definitely didn’t take away from our stay. A bit more direction on all the smart features might be nice for those less technologically advanced but other than that the place is fantastic! The bed is superbly comfortable; it’s like sleeping on a cloud! The balcony was a favorite spot for us- great for morning coffee & evening drinks😊 I would highly recommend this property!

This property delivered in spades. It’s exactly like the pics, the sound system is awesome, and the little touches greatly appreciated. If I head back with family the only thing I’d hope for was a toddler bed/mattress stowed in the closet. I had a couple friends from the conference up for drinks and to hang out, great time overall
