The home is also within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer including the boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, shops, and fishing piers. Hop in the car and drive to popular local destinations- Newburyport MA is 20 minutes, Kittery ME is 25 minutes, and Portsmouth NH is 25 minutes. There is plenty of space for everyone in your group! Enjoy lounging in front of the TV, or relax in the sunroom which is a great place to read or play games. There are many board games, card games, and toys provided for our guests to share. Wireless internet is complimentary and the TV is set up with Netflix, YoutubeTV, and Pandora Radio. The beach awaits your arrival! Take in the fabulous views of the sandy beach from the front porch and breathe in the fresh, salty air while sitting out on the large back deck. You can even cook your meals on the propane gas grill that is available for you to use. The kitchen has beautiful, new granite countertops, stylish solid wood cabinetry, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. We came to town with 10 people for a relay. This house has all the space you need. The beach access is great, so close and tons of restaurants in walking distance. Would totally stay here again. Property managers very responsive too. Thanks!

This beach house was perfect for our family. Unfortunately the weather was pretty lousy so we enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch, playing the many board games provided by the hosts. The back deck has a big beautiful table with umbrellas. It is STEPS from the beach that wasnt crowded (end of June/cloudy weather). A short two block walk brings you to the boardwalk where we shopped & ate in restaurants overlooking the beach. We also took a short ride of @15 min to try other restaurants. Unless you are looking for a water view, this house is in a perfect location

This house and it's owners were incredible. You can see the love put into this home. The basement rooms were perfect for my teenagers, the main floor great for the little ones and their parents. We Loved the master suite. The house, particularly the kitchen is well stocked with just about everything and the location can't be beat!!! Thank you do much!!

Great location, and spacious rental

We chose this location to be able to visit southern Maine and Boston. We were able to experience so much more staying here in Hampton Beach. The beach is steps away and we also got to explore Applecrest Farms to pick apples and grab a pumpkin and even shop for groceries for our dinner. Southern Maine was lovely and we drove up to Portland, Kennebunk - our favorite experience was going out on a boat to catch lobsters in Wells, Maine. We were able to spend a day in Boston, but we could have spent much more time there. Overall, the house was well supplied - please note that there is an unfinished basement where one of the bedrooms is located, and one is in a large upstairs additional suite. The kitchen could use some extra pot holders, but otherwise was well stocked. I would recommend this beautiful house.

We had one of the best spots on the beach! It is far enough down from the busy part of Hampton Beach that the beach was sparse with people and even empty on the days below 80. We walked to the boardwalk to explore and drive to a few restaurants within a few minutes from the property. We fit 3 cars in the parking space and the property was stocked with all necessity’s. The owners thought of all the important details and did a wonderful job responding in a pleasant helpful manner when we had an issue with getting the grill to light. There is also a back deck that is large and seats about 12 people at a large table. We hope to make this a yearly trip to the beach house!

Great house and great location!

A perfect long weekend. We happened to book during a horrible weather weekend but having the house saved the day for our small family reunion. Eight of us stayed at the house and it gave us room to spread out and still have some privacy. And when the ugly weather messed up plans we were able to have 8 others come and hang out for the evening very comfortably. The owners were also very accommodating and easy to work with.

Booked on a whim and so glad we did. The location was perfect for the kids. They could walk back and forth form the beach to the house safely as it is on a dead end street. Cottage was clean and had so many places to lounge—covered front porch, back deck with long tables/umbrellas, 2 front sitting rooms, basement area good for kids and plenty of beds/futons for guests. Owners were great and easy to get in touch with. Made for a relaxing, easy beach front vacation. Would definitely rent again.
