There was no breakfast involved.
Knowledge of how to prepare coffee makers and timing the right "general time" to get a fresh cup. I had to do it correctly one morning, another man, an employee, another morning. This hotel seriously needs new plug outlets.Even the rooms lights & appliances need newer outlets. Most everything you plug in falls/slides out of the socket.

Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Nice pool area. Hot tub on site, but we didn't use. Pleasant staff and enjoyable neighbors. It felt family friendly.
Shower was a little tricky, but we figured it out and it was fine.

Location was great. Walking distance to the concert we went to at Wally's and to the beach. Bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows. The room was very quiet. We were able to pay for parking the next day after checkout while we went to the beach.
Parking was very limited. We had to park on the side opposite of the building from our room and in front of the pool so our truck was sticking out into the sidewalk. Our neighbors were smoking cigarettes in front of their room all day so we couldn't keep our door or windows open. The outlets in the room were all on the wall and very loose and none of our chargers would stay in the wall. The front office attendants were behind a glass window and speaking through a low quality speaker so it was very difficult for us to hear and understand each other. I had to leave around 5am for a photoshoot and there was no light on the stairs in the middle of the building.
