Very disappointed with our choice of hotel. Upon check in, we were told that we could unload out in front of the hotel but, then would have to park in the hotel parking lot that was basically 3 blocks away behind a “yellow house with a Pelham sign”. The room was a disappointment also. From the tiny tv that wouldn’t stay upright (broken bracket?) to the very dirty shower curtain to the grossly dusty ceiling fan to the uncomfortable very squeaky bed; the room gave off an unpleasant feeling. These things, plus the fact that HB had already basically shut down for the season; caused us to cut our losses and leave after 1 night.

An older building. It felt like southern charm. It was clean and cared for. It stood out above most of the places in Hampton, and it’s in the beach!!!

Extremely dated, The pictures were not representative of the actual condition. Roof deck was on top of building next store so it was Inconvenient.

Positive notes: 1. Very friendly and helpful staff. 2. Good size fridge. 3. Chest of drawers. 4. Table and chairs. 5. Right on the boardwalk. Negative notes: 1. No shampoo in the shower stall and none at the front desk! Bring your own! 2. Noisy neighbors in the lodge next door that I could hear through the wee hours. 3. The smallest TV set I had ever seen at any resort, with a 26” screen! 4. No screen on one of the windows, so it couldn’t be opened. 5. Shower curtain installed too high up so water got all over the floor from the gap below.

Check in was super easy. Parking is right around the corner for $10. But when you bring the parking pass back in the morning you get the money back. There were plenty of food options right in the area. The beach is right across the street. Even though it was the last day of the season we still walked the beach which is big and clean. The hotel is quiet and the pool was heated and open until 9pm.

Room was very clean, recently updated. Pool was comfortable temp. Very convenient to the beach and Ocean Blvd. Loved the porch and people-watching. Great weekend stay!

Hotel was really nice, amazing location, nice sun deck with beautiful views! Nothing fancy but decent sized clean rooms, the pool is pretty nice too! We will definitely stay here again!

When we arrived it was late (9pm) and front desk guy said to call if we needed anything. Well there was no towels or wash cloths. Just a used dish towel. I tried calling & of course no one answered. My husband tried going there too. So I start opening the cabinets looking to see if perhaps i could find a towel. All I do find is moldy food! Gross! I told the front desk in the morning & the women had housekeeping clean the room once we left for the day. And she brought us some trowels. I was upset and got no room discount(but I never asked--I don't feel like I should have had to.)I would NOT recommend.

This place is very dirty. There were stains on the linens. Dirt on the walls and filth all over the shower/ shower curtain. $400 a night for this “ luxury room” that still had the previous tenants food on the floor. I would never stay here again.

The owners were very nice, but the people on vacation were drunk and loud until 2:30am. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast wasnt like the biker hotels, but it was a decent meal.

Room was nice, but they moved us after our first night to a higher floor. They helped with the move but it was odd to have to shuffle all our stuff. The second room was a little nicer than the first.

The view of the water from the room for a $100 premium is beyond the parking lot, garbage and road. If you are going on Sunday during season most restaurants are closed by 9 pm.

Super place with phenomenal location. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating and very attentive to all your needs. The room and the entire facility were very clean. I give this place five stars hands-down. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it. Not a lot of echo friendly amenities, but that’s not why we went there. Silly thing for Expedia to include. The only thing I thought was subpar was the breakfast. Poor selection of store-bought donuts and coffee.

We loved our stay at the Pelham Resort Hotel. Our room was nice. The location was amazing looking out at the Ocean from the roof top. The owners were very nice. When we go back to Hampton Beach we will stay here again. Perfect location to park your car and walk to the beach.

The manager does not like people using any websites to book a room. He said their internet was down. He also mentioned they don't list the nice rooms facing the ocean online. He refused to give us the code at checking. Made me guvevhim my credit card and would not orocess my Expedia booking. I explained how we liked the look of his motel out of all the motels near the ballroom. He just was unpleasant. Parking is far. The room had its issues, sand on the sheets on the fold out couch. The deck above the suites was spectacular and then seeing the manager later we got the code to get to it, he never told us about it, then he mentioned where we could find the wifi password and about coffee and store bought oasterues in the morning. The beach across the street was a plus. Sliding glass doors as the door to your room was a bit scary.

Great location, family oriented (couldnt get in pool due to a lot of children jumping around and on boogie boards). Room was adequate but cramped. Bathroom heater didnt work. Clean but blinds were breaking and fridge had rust.

Booking and checkin process was flawless. Room was comfortable and kitchen was adequate. Mattress was uncomfortable but it's not a 5 start hotel so it's expected. Bathroom was super clean as was the entire room. Was very happy and would stay again! Owners hospitable and friendly.
