Jennifer the owner was awesome. It’s an older hotel but very clean. Plenty of parking I highly recommend.

Property is older but decently maintained and clean. The mattresses were very hard, if you like that type, you're in luck. Distance from the strip is within walking distance. Beach easily accessed.

It was nice. The staff was very helpful. The room had all we needed. Some may not think so. The AC's filter needed cleaning. Again not an issue for me. I slid it out and rinsed if off. Some folks may not know that is why AC's seem not to be working well.

Was a little disappointed with the size of the room. Very tight space... only 2 small soaps in the room. No amenities. Mattress & pillows could be refreshed. TV & Air Conditioning a little dated.

Right across the street from the beach. Very short walking distance to many restaurants and shops. A convenient store, and a wonderful Lebanese restaurant (Lola's Kitchen. You must check it out!) within a 2 minute walk. Very quiet. Nice deck on the front of the facility where you can chill out. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room could use some updating, but you get what you pay for. For what I paid, I would recommend this place, and would stay again.

Last minute night at the beach with a beautiful next day. The family was great to deal with, the property is well maintained, this is your beach place. Close to everything but far enough away to be enjoyable at night. We stayed in the ocean view, which had a double (I believe) and a queen that was the perfect size for my family of 3. Jen, we will see you again soon!

This place is right on the beach. Walking distance to the small boardwalk with plenty of food options right there. Friendly people at the front desk. If I go back there I plan on staying there again.

A front desk staff his name is Eric gave us a downgrade room. I booked for queen bed with refrigerator and microwave but he gave us 2 twin bed no refrigerator no microwave with broken window blinds and no shampoo and conditioner. Complain was made and eventually give the correct room. But then, this time the room has broken window, you can't close it, very old room. I know this is only 2.5 star rated motel but it's more of a 1.5 star. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of hard earned money.

The room was small but comfortable, bed was comfy a/c loud but cold, screen door very unruly and fridge froze everything, but my fsult for cranking it up too high, good for water not so much for veggies and cheese. Good spot for 2-3 days, I’d rate it a 6 out of 10. The room was on side of main building, not the motel rooms in back of property.

Grandview is on the strip but in an area that is away from the bigger crowds and loud noise of the crowds and nightly entertainment. The motel is across from the beach making it convenient to enjoy both shopping and sunbathing! The staff is kind and helpful. The only drawback I experienced was the absence of a phone to call the front desk or a coffee pot for morning coffee. However, this will not deter me from coming back to a small slice of heaven!! Thank you Grandview!

There was an issue with booking through the site with my debit card. Also Travelocity allowed us to book a single guest bed however the hotel didn’t actually have a room with a single queen bed available. Jennifer with the front desk was awesome. I called the hotel after receiving the email about the issue with my card and she resolved it an actually upgraded our room due to the portal allowing us to book a room they didn’t actually have. She was very nice, helpful and provided great customer service. We arrived early and she allowed us to checkin a little early and park. This allowed us to be able to park at the hotel instead of paying 30 dollars at a parking lot. We were also able to check into the room and settle our belonging and then enjoy the. Each right away. Jennifer was amazing and our stay was very pleasant. I will definitely be booking at Grand View hotel in the future and recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Super friendly staff, very small rooms but kept clean with good AC. Only downside was the door to the room, which was just a simple sliding glass door with a curtain. Overall had a wonderful stay, will be returning. Can't do better at that price point, and free parking right across from the beach.

The room was super small & the bed was very uncomfortable. Glad we only stayed one night. It was very convenient to the shopping, beach & dinning though. So good thing we didn’t plan on staying in the room for long periods of time.

Great location but could use some updating, Window coverings in the room blocked no light what so ever, when the sun came up...you were up. The toilet is very low to the ground, at 6'1" it was awkward. Beds were comfortable, a/c was cold and the frig kept drinks and snacks cold.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location along Ocean Blvd. It is in dire need of updating.. everything inside is a throw back to the 1950’s. Finish carpentry work is sloppy, the AC is loud and barely keeps up. For the pricey overnight charge, it’s hard not to be disappointed.

The pictures of the rooms looked bigger online than what they were in person and there was no AC, so the room got too warm in the night! The bathroom was so tiny and crowded that you had to be careful that you didn’t whack your elbow in the sink as you try to sit down on the toilet! The size of the shower/bath tub was meant for a midget or toddler! The bed pillows were stiff and uncomfortable and The bedsheets look like they had someone else’s hair all over them! I will never come back to this hotel! For the size of the room they charge way too much!

Broken outlet, bathroom smelled heavily after taking a shower with the door closed.They may have an issue with plumbing vents . When I complained about the problem , completely denied and said “ we can’t please everyone “

The hotel is kind of far down on the board walk but close to the beach. Clean and frindly. Little on the dated side but overall it was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.
