Perfectly located walking distance to Lake Pocotopaug in East Hampton, Connecticut. Our 3 bedroom newly renovated home is the perfect place for a family vacation, romantic weekend getaway, or get together with friends.
A great location for those looking to explore New England and the beautiful seasons that it offers. The Mohawk Cottage is central to Boston and NYC and sits central to many local attractions. Take a 30 minute drive to Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods Casinos. Enjoy local breweries and wineries in East Hampton and surrounding towns. Hop over to Hartford or Middletown to experience CT nightlife. Take a drive to visit the CT Shoreline or stay put and enjoy the relaxing lake life that our home offers!

Spent the long weekend to be with our children and grandchildren who live in East Hampton so we were familiar with the area. Easy to find, easy access with great host communication and very clean. Great space for all of us to gather, eat, play games and catch up. The home has all that you need, very comfortable beds, and walking distance to the beach area. Will definitely stay again when we come back to East Hampton.

Sarah was amazing. We got checked in earlier than promised. The unit was extremely clean. Most everything we needed was at our finger tips. Everything was perfect! Can’t wait to go there and stay again.

We stayed in May 2026 for our daughter's graduation from UConn. The house was adorable, nice residential location near the lake. Sarah was a great host, very responsive. We would definitely consider coming back in the summer!
