Personeel was very friendly. The garden of hotel was enjoyable to spend the day pleasantly. Room was very clean and big and comfortable.
While the hotel has potential, a few areas need improvement. The bed was not comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the single swimming pool gets overcrowded easily. A major drawback is the lack of a separate children's pool. Sharing the pool with kids all day meant the water had a strong chlorine odor and wasn't very inviting. For adults or couples looking for a quiet, clean pool environment, this might not be the best fit.

Super schönes kleines Hotel mit einem herausragendem Service. Hier wird Gastfreundschaft wirklich gepflegt und so mancher Extrawunsch erfüllt. Ein toller Garten mit gemütlichen Erholungsecken und beheiztem Pool lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstück ist der Hammer und das abendliche Menü verfügt über Sterneniveau. Dazu ist das gesamte Hotel und die Anlage sehr sauber. Liegt inmitten von Weinbergen nucht weit von Bozen und Meran. Sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus.
