Sehr sauber und geräumig

Sehr geräu.ig und zentral gelegen.

Die Terrasse war leider nicht zu nutzen. Durch Taubendreck verschmutzt und der Fussbodenbelag war marode. Schade.

Mooi ingericht appartement in het centrum van Alkmaar De communicatie met de eigenaren liep soepel. Appartement was ruim, schoon en sfeervol.

Top locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien.

Locatie en faciliteiten zijn echt heel goed! Hele vriendelijke klantgerichte eigenaren, in alle gemakken voorzien, precies op een centrale locatie. We hebben echt een heel leuk weekend gehad. Foto's komen volledig overeen met hoe het er daadwerkelijk uit ziet, het is heel sfeervol, netjes en heel schoon.

Soms hing er een beetje een muffe geur in het appartement.

Overall a great experience

It was my second time traveling to Alkmaar from work, but my first time in this hotel. It was great! the room was beautiful, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room and bedroom. Its location is also a big plus as it's close to the center. The hosts were also great. though they aren't physically there, they are always available by text or phone.

Not a lot I can say about my dislikes as there weren't any. The rating on this website is justified.

Die individuelle Herzlichkeit ,die das Ambiente der Wohnung zum Ausdruck bringt ! Überraschend war der unerwartete Reinigungsservice während unseres Aufenthaltes .Effizient dezent !

Sie war so gemütlich und passend zu unseren Bedürfnissen,dass wir es nicht schaffen werden aus Ersparnisgründen eine erneute Buchung zu vermeiden !

Subliem verblijf in het gezellige Alkmaar 😍

De locatie was perfect in het centrum, zonder lawaai overlast. Het appartement was stijlvol en zeer compleet ingericht. Koffie/thee faciliteiten, vaatwasser en zelfs wasmachine en bij aankomst een gezellige kaartje en verse nootjes. De bedden sliepen fantastisch en de douche was ook heerlijk. De gastheer was zeer gastvrij, we konden de koffers stallen en kregen een legio aan leuke tips! Ik zou de Ritch de volgende keer zo weer boeken! Dikke pluim!

Alles beviel! Ik zou alleen zelf nog een dunner kussen kunnen waarderen als extra keuze.

Fehlender Toaster, schmales Treppenhaus mit steilen Treppen (für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung Nichtstun empfehlen)

Super Lage, liebevolle Ausstattung aber Ferienwohnung statt Hotel

Es war alles sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem, hatte eine durchgängige Matratze und nur eine große Decke! Das fanden wir super! Außerdem war das Appartment top ausgestattet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Öl, Salz Essig stand ebenfalls bereit.

Die ganze Nacht hat man jede 1/4 Stunde ein Glockenspiel gehört. Leider war das so laut, dass kaum an Schlaf zu denken war. Außerdem gab es keinen Reinigungsservice. Das Hotel war nämlich eigentlich kein Hotel, sondern eine Ferienwohnung. Eigentlich schön, war aber auf Booking nur schwer ersichtlich.

Really lovely!

Great room, comfy bed, hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating, the door code also made check in/out really easy. location was fantastic (only 10min walk from the main train station), also close to supermarket (1min walk)

An Alkmaar gem

We are so glad we picked this property. It was truly wonderful. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the old town with a supermarket across the street and car parking a few steps away. We had three apartments and they were all first class. One of them opened on to a terrace where we spent each evening relaxing with a bottle of wine and listening to the magical church bells. The air conditioning was great and the rooms were decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed and the smart TV gave us lots of options if we were to stay indoors. The lovely old town is right out of the front door making it easy to stroll around and chose where to rest for a coffee or something stronger. There are many great places to eat, whether it’s a snack or a high class dinner. You can opt for busy or quiet locations and all of the staff are pleasant and efficient. English is widely spoken. Best of all was the care and attention of our hosts, who were outstanding. We were there for a special family occasion and they really went out of their way to make it perfect for us. Such lovely extra surprises show how much they care for their guests. I can’t praise them highly enough and I wish we could have awarded this property more than a 10 rating. They are exceptional.

We loved our time here, and would definitely love to return.

The location was excellent. Right in the centre of the old town. We walked everywhere. Groceries were right across the street in the Jumbo store. The Cheese Museum and church were also close by. The apartment was very well appointed, with all the amenities.

Excellent location & a lovely apartment to stay in if you are in Alkmaar for a weekend or longer.

A wonderful place to stay.....exceeded my expectations and I will definitely try to book the same apartment again.

Very cosy and special place with the great deco. Sound device in the room to use with bluetooth. Great location - just next to the city center, but still very quite.

Nice and cozy suit in a great location

Excellent apartement, location and service. The communcation was easy and nice. The rooms were well designed with great interior and VERY clean. The hotel is directly located in the city center so you can walk everywhere - 20 min drive to the ocean. We would love to come back at any time. Thank you so much for the lovely stay Noa!
