Walk a mile north to explore the sandstone cliffs of the Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area. Grab a beer at the oceanfront Pelican Brewing, also a mile away, go horseback riding through Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides, just a half-mile south, or head across the river to find a selection of restaurants, markets, and recreational outfitters. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen Please note that there is a nursery with a crib and futon. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The location was great!! The weather wonderful and the house was perfect for so many of us (12)! Gave everyone a space to be together or on their own. The closeness to the beach was a real gift. Everyone could enjoy the beach.

Location near the beach was excellent. House overall was good. We had four basic areas of concern: 1) Stained and worn carpeting created the feeling the house was not clean 2) Windows appeared to have not been cleaned in a very long time which hampered the view of the ocean 3) the digital front door lock was not fully functional. We were able to enter the building using the digital code but could not lock the house using a code. The device was so unserviceable that we had great difficulty even locking it using a key. 4) Two parking spaces, with no garage parking, was not adequate for a house of this size. We were a group of adults attending a wedding. The home would be adequate for a large family with 1 or 2 vehicles visiting the beach.

The house was ideal, as my 3 year old grandson said within 5 minutes of arrival, "This house is GENIUS!" Everyone had a great time, the ocean view was incredible! I would recommend to others!

With this house you cannot beat the views, how close you are to the beach, or how quiet it is. The house itself is incredibly beautiful. Plus, you’re within walking distance of pelican brewery and a coffee shop. However, the cons to staying here, we had elderly people with us which made the three flights of stairs difficult. Also, what was provided in the welcome binder did not match what was told to you. We had to call for updated Wi-Fi information, and In the back of the book we were given a list of house hold chores to complete then after provided with paying for it. We could not put our trash out to be taken out and the refuse station is only open three days out of the week. For us that meant storming our trash bags on the bottom floor until we could take it to the refuse station. So, as you can imagine our trash piled up and it felt disgusting. We could not even put it in the garage as there was no key, and placing outside with wildlife got into it. In addition we have to pay to drop our trash off when the. Neighboring rental
Homes were able to put their trash in a trash can and put it out to be picked up. It felt like everything was out together quickly and cheaply including a board over a potential hole in the third story balcony and the crip being zip tied together. When asking to clean, strip beds and remake beds the dryer took three different times (a hour each time) just to get one load dry., and we ended up buying several of our own cleaning supplies to try and meet the renters standards. While the house was beautiful and the views cannot be beat. We will be staying somewhere else the next time we visit pacific city!

Property was as described with beautiful ocean views from the main living area and easy Beach access to a beautiful beach. Tidepools, surfing, shells and rocks. Half hour drive north or south to Tillamook or Lincoln City - great day trips. Lots of space for 10 people in our group. Big kitchen, living room and dining table. Outdoor shower - heated! Perfect for rinsing off the sandy feet. Quick response from property management - a really lovely stay!

Great view and layout for multiple families staying! I liked having bedrooms on every floor. Only down side was the beds. They were small and not the most comfortable. But great views, easy access to the beach and enjoyed the layout & living space upstairs!

This home was great! The house has 5 full bedrooms & a nursery, 3 1/2 baths, and was nice and clean. We enjoyed the view, the neighborhood, and the access to the beach and town. The big kitchen table is great for meals, games and jigsaw puzzles!

We enjoyed our stay so much - great floor plan for a big family, at least one bedroom and bathroom on every floor, large dining table for meals and games, nice kitchen and living area. The view of the ocean is amazing and the house is almost located on the sand!! The beach area is perfect and you can walk to the tide pools in about 15 min - even with kids. We loved the safe neighborhood with only resident traffic.

Good size house for our group of 8. The house was clean except for the main master bedroom window which was supposed to have a view of the ocean, but it was so dirty you couldn’t see anything out of it. There were a lot of windows in the house, but not many that opened up, and the ones that did open, only opened a little bit upwards. The kitchen was a decent size and pretty basic; It had most of the appliances we needed.

Great location & view BUT it was not clean, there was dog hair everywhere! The place couldn’t have been deep cleaned in a long time, there was dog hair in the sheets, on the towels, stairs.. everywhere! We had to rewash sheets & towels, plus we vacuumed & it picked up a lot of hair! Told property management & they never resolved it, we do not recommend staying here.

Great location walking distance to the cape and brewery. Large enough for our extended family. Living area on top floor so several of our family members were grateful for the landings every 6 steps or so to take a break. Great view through dirty windows. Lots of beds, but time for new mattresses.

Absolutely easy check in. House was very clean. Several decks to sit on and watch sunsets and the ocean from. Beach access is across street. This is a gated neighborhood as well so you really feel very secure. We are already talking about a return trip. If you are debating about staying here don't worry it is great and the description is very accurate.

We loved the three floors! The View was astounding. We love the floor plan with the decks and the living space where everybody congregated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils, plates, etc. It was wonderful having four bathrooms for all of us :-) it was one of our best family times ever. An easy walk across the street to the beach and so many great memories of playing in the sand and walks on the beach and discovering sea creatures in the rocks. We'd love to do it all over again :-)

We were married just a few houses down. We arrived on our anniversary! Our large family enjoyed being so close to the beach. It was easy and convenient to go back and forth. The house is large, without being overwhelming and it was nice not to feel on top of each other. It was clean and tidy and just right for us. We hope to be back soon!
