Sehr schön eingerichtete und geräumige Wohnung, die uns sehr sauber überlassen wurde.
Auch an der Ausstattung hat es uns an (fast) nichts gefehlt. Vor allem Geschirr und Küchenausstattung top. Keine „Restlebensmittel“ und gebrauchte Reinigungstücher von Vormietern.
Zwar keine direkte Strandlage, aber in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Kontakt zur Vermietergesellschaft war gut. Die zeitliche Eingrenzung der Klimaanlage war für uns kein Problem aufgrund der angenehmen Außentemperaturen.
Die Matratze des Doppelbetts war anfänglich in Ordnung, nach mehreren Nächten spürten wir die Federungen allerdings deutlich.
Ein Staubsauger (statt Besen und Wischmop) wäre noch gut gewesen. Es wird zwar eine Zwischenreinigung angeboten, diese hätte man allerdings 7 Tage vor Reiseantritt „vorplanen“ müssen. Aber eigentlich kein wirklicher Minuspunkt.

What can I say... The real owners (not the agency in charge of communication) were really nice and came by to turn on the aircondition fulltime after we complained. They immediately agreed with us that the apartment is too hot in August without aircon on 24/7, and said it is the policy of the company in charge of running it that wants limited hours on the aircon. It really is a shame, we can see that a lot of effort has been made in renovating the place (though the windows and doors could have been changed to something with better insulation). It is clean, the bathroom and kitchen are brand new, and all in all this apartment is beautiful (but too hot in August).
Location is nice if you wanna make it to Far de Formentor by car before the road closes at 10:00. The beaches in the area are not so nice, except Cala Formentor, but you have to arrive early to get parking and a spot on the beack. Water was crystal clear, though!
We arrived in the afternoon, and as advertised, the aircon did not start working until 20:00. What we did not expect, however, was that it would have no effect on any other rooms than the bedrooms (2 separate units). Before the aircon started working the whole apartment was extremely hot. Once the aircon started working the bedrooms cooled down to about 23 deg fairly quickly (on lowest temp, highest setting, "16" deg). But this temperature did not spread to any other room. The living room remained unbearably hot. The kitchen, where we cooked dinner for the evening, was so hot we couldn't stay there (the door to the outside is so leaky the inside air is basically the same temp as the outside air). Btw the kitchen has ants so you can't leave food anywhere except the fridge.
We would be arriving early and asked well in advance if we could get early check-in. I was given the impression this would not be a problem, just to contact the property a few days before arrival. Which I did, only to be met with "that is not possible, we have other guests staying until that day". However when we arrived the fridge was turned completely off and was warm, which does not indicate that someone stayed there until the same day. (Btw the fridge did not cool down for a long time, we suspect because the kitchen was so hot?).
For 1900 eur for 1 week we expected an apartment where we could spend some time outside of the "aircon hours", and not just in the bedrooms. In August this apartment really is unusable, unless you want to spend the time between 8 am and 8 pm out doing stuff.
Up until our stay we communicated with the agency running the place over booking's chat, however once we arrived we were told we now had to email another department instead, which was a nuisance. After our first day, where we realized we would not survive there in the heat, we wrote and complained.
