For a beautifully appointed modern vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor unit is sure to please. The unit has a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area directly facing the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful upscale modern furnishings, a large flat screen TV, and tiled floors. The dining table seats four and there are three bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The master bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous contemporary black furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the master bathroom. The hall bunks are built in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack and Jill half bathroom. The kitchen has a rich chocolate & deep red color palette, upgraded granite countertops, the full complement of housewares, and full size appliances for meal preparation. Enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer also. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation. Things to Know Free WiFi Beach service included seasonally (May - October) Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The view and location were the best part. The accommodations were substandard at best. The room smelled of mildew (we slept with masks on), I saw mold around the vents, there was errosion everywhere and the bath towels were left under the bathroom sink (which is not sanitary), and I didn't find it about their lication until after I went to purchase some for me and my son. When i tried to get assistance and/or another room from Vacasa, nothing was done (claiming they were at capacity). I couldn't leave the patio doors open for air because the screens were torn in several places. If I hadnt spent money and traveled so far, I would have left as soon as I walked inside. Aside from the location, I'd never recommend this place!

First of all found roaches, coming from cabinet area, sandy couches, no basic cooking ware. Fridgerator making noise. Only top working. Old 80 phone and old thin matteres. Restroom door to laundry area did not fully open. Dryer lent exhaust off dryer and lent everywhere. Mold growing in restroom area. Restroom air-condition vent peeling paint and medew. Not satisfied. Not coming back. Room 202B. Don't rent.

The property management group was great and quick to fix things. The private beach was nice and the guys who set up the chairs and umbrellas were fabulous. This condo was dingy, dated, and cheap fixes instead of actual updates. There are much nicer units in the complex that have been updated nicely. Will not be back to 202B.

Location was great! Right on the beach, access was really easy. Condo itself a little outdated. Cable in the bedroom did not work and the wireless internet was not strong enough to stream in the bedroom? So a little frustrating. Again, not terrible, just needs a little TLC. the location made some of the issues not a big deal for me.

We wanted something on the beach and this was. Things we liked about staying here was beach access. My sister loved the pool. The place was comfortable. I liked the way we checked in. They send you a code to get in. They had most everything you would need for your stay in the kitchen. They could use a few more pans. We did cook several meals during our stay. But you are close to shopping and restaurants also. The place is in need of updates. A few things have been fixed poorly. The hole in the wall behind the door, towel racks, ect. You hang your towel up and the rack falls off, you can tell it’s not the first time. The dryer vent was not hooked up to anything so when you dry your clothes it just vents into the room. Making that room hot and humid. It would be nice to have more places to hang towels. Patio chairs and tables could be updated. Just cheap plastic. But the patio view was perfect! Great location just give the place a little TLC and it would be a 5 star. I would probably not stay here again but it was okay. It’s what we could find short notice and the price was good.

There were four bath towels for 4 people to use for 5 days. Not sufficient. No hand soap in either bathroom. Not sanitary. Dirt hanging from tan blades. Hair in bathtub. Gross. 2 remotes with no batteries. Not cool. Not too mention the sheets were crunchy. Not smooth. Our vacation was great, but not because of the condo.

This specific room 202b is not worth the money compared to some of the other rooms it is very outdated,half of the wall plugs worked because they are worn out which is a fire hazard,and all air vents and air return were completely filthy and a couple cabinet doors hanging I was very surprised and in the middle of our stay we got a visit by some guys that were there to treat a mold issue,so it wasn't what I expected to have my family of 5 stay in for a week
