The location
The receptionist refused as access to put our bags before check in time and we left to another hotel and we never even check in because the receptionist said they were not free to accommodate us

I enjoyed the jacuzzi
I enjoyed how close the accommodation was to the airport
I enjoyed the free coffee
I enjoyed the entertainment on the television.
The host I found was rude
I arrived late to my room
I forgot to bring an adapter for the plugs from north America and when I woke up I had 3% battery
Left went to book another night and it was sold out
Went to grocery store to by charger ran back to book another hotel which I did but when I asked to extend my stay she said no, which contradicted her sign which said “ every hour past checkout will be an additional 10 euro” which I was prepared to pay.
It was pouring rain outside had nowhere to go
Couldn’t check in early to my new place so I was stranded outside in the monsoon rain storm for hours
Wish the host was more accommodating and spoke with more respect.

wonderful location near the airport. Lovely staff with great communication. Comfy room and bed.

It was clean and a nice room. The price was good.
It was difficult to park. We didn't know we still had to pay and that was a hassle. No one was at the property, so we had to communicate via WhatsApp on how to get in
