Dinner on the last night. Comfort in the lounge and dinning area. Very homely feeling and customer service.
On the first morning, breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were significantly overcooked, the toast was soggy, and the bacon was overly crisp, making the meal unenjoyable. On the second morning, the pancakes were burnt, and no maple syrup or condiments were provided to accompany them. Despite advising Lizzie of my lactose intolerance, my pancakes were served with dairy ice cream. When I raised this with Joe, I was told to simply scrape it off, leaving me with plain, burnt, dry pancakes and no suitable alternatives. Unfortunately, neither breakfast met expectations, and the experience was unsatisfactory for everyone at the table.
