Great location for shopping, museums, and strolling the harbor. Quiet. Beautiful city views. Comfy beds. Victoria provided the rest with agreeable weather, and a seemingly endless number of good restaurants to try.

We really enjoyed staying in this well appointed apartment. It’s family friendly with kids games, books. Wonderfully bright and amazing views from the the balcony! The key pick up/drop off is a 15min walk away, so not at all convenient if you don’t have a car and little kids in tow. A wonderful stay and easy communication too.

We only stayed for one night but the process was pretty smooth. It would have been easier if we had a rental car for the in between times with our luggage, but overall everything was great. Our kids were excited to be there, and we all slept comfortably.

This property has it all! Stunning views, great location(very walkable to most landmarks), incredibly decorated, super clean and the owner was very easy to communicate. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Loved sitting on the outdoor patio at night looking at all the beautiful lights!

Our stay in victoria was definitely enhanced by the excellent location of this rental. The pullout was perfect for my kid and the rooms were comfortable. Also, it is worth mentioning the location is very quiet at night, but plenty close to whatever action one might be looking for. Overall, the unit was a great value.

The location of this lovely condo is perfect - a few minutes from the government buildings and the famous Empress Hotel, easy walking distance from shopping (highly recommend Nootka Traders for Indigenous art items), restaurants, the harbour (take a water taxi or a harbour tour) and others. The condo itself feels spacious and bright with tons of windows. The beds are very comfortable and the host was responsive and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Two adults with a car, spent a week in April 2023. Small one bedroom with a den which has been turned into a bedroom. Comfortable, clean, thoughtfully appointed. Absolutely fantastic location. Had a minor issue with check-in (my fault) and Stephanie quickly solved it for us. Highly recommended - we will stay here again on our next visit to Victoria.

We had an excellent visit, and would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will certainly try to visit again. The only comment we have is that when using the key cafe to check in, while it worked flawlessly for us, if you have kids and were a single adult then it could be cumbersome to get the keys from the cafe.

We only stayed two days before heading off to Torino. The location was great to walk to everything. The underground parking was nice. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. There is a full kitchen and laundry, so perfect for a longer stay or families. Check in was easy. My flight was delayed, so it was nice that I didn’t have to bother anyone at the late hour.

I found the check in process complicated. Not the owners fault I don’t think, but the “access code” was mentioned several times, and nothing I received said “access code”. The key cafe was confusing for someone who never used it before. The unit itself was clean, and well appointed. The 2nd bedroom was actually a den set up as a bedroom, so no closet.

Short story. What a hassle to get your keys and get checked in. We made an embarrassing honest mistake on our check out date. Leading to renter throwing our belongings in the hall then making us pay for another day.

This condo is located right in the heart of downtown! You can easily walk to anything in the area. Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, tourist stops. The owner replies right away to your questions. The condo was very clean and modern. Only odd thing for us was that the windows do not have any screens on them which seems a bit scary on the 15th floor!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so close to the harbour and the downtown shops that it was easy to pop back for my toddler's afternoon naps and then go out again for more exploring. I appreciated that they had a booster seat and playpen available for guests to use. My husband found his side of the master bed to be a bit lumpy, but fortunately the pull out couch was comfy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in downtown Victoria.

The communication with the owner was superb. We loved the light in the condo and the building was kept very clean with other friendly owners. Everything was within walking distance and we walked our feet off. I’d return.

We had an amazing stay. This place is perfect for a family and it’s location could not have been better. The hosts were incredibly organized and helpful making the check in process very easy.
