This beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bathroom plus den condo in the quiet South tower of the Falls building is behind the iconic Empress Hotel, one block from the Inner Harbour and the Royal BC Museum, and within a ten-minute walk to many of the best restaurants and pubs in Victoria. The condo features contemporary, modern furniture, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area are bright, spacious, and calming. It has beautiful views that include a glimpse of the lively Inner Harbour. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with high-end European appliances and granite countertops. The dining table comfortably seats six people. The fashionable, comfy living room furniture invites conversation or quiet relaxation. A variety of entertainment options are available on the 50-inch “smart” TV with service cable. The bedrooms are separated from each other and communal areas. They face south and west, respectively, and are equipped with full blackout curtains and a sliding door to the wrap-around balcony. A generous walk-in closet leads to an elegant four-piece bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The pleasant den off the kitchen accommodates a single pull-out bed. Amenities include access to the gym and outdoor seasonal pool, jacuzzi, cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, local telephone, and secure parking in a double-gated underground garage. This condo is an ideal holiday base for up to two couples, a family of 5, and corporate or longer-term tenants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. What we loved: location, views, and the layout of the apartment. You can't be the location (and the views!). You are walking distance to all you'd want to do/see for a long weekend (especially with kids) - good bars, restaurants, coffee shops, tourist areas, and things to do with kids (see the bug zoo!). We also felt very safe and the building is friendly and easy to navigate. What was odd: the address being wrong (and not being told the actual address through multiple communication leading up to it - had to call someone to get the real address and then was told they can't update the listing, which is really hard to believe), some of the amenities (place is well stocked, but little tings like the paper towels being those scratchy, non absorbent brown paper roles you find in primary school bathrooms and the bath towels so tiny you can't wrap them around your waste (and old)), and little things like medical tape and scotch tape holding things up like wires and the curtains to the wall. Fireplace didn't work either. So, to sum it up, there were no deal breakers, but it's the little things that add up. If they fix those things mentioned above, five stars all the way. And, considering the other places I've stayed in before, I'd most likely book this again :)

This was a great launching point for exploring the city. We parked our car in the garage and did not take it out until we left. We were able to access everything we wanted to buy Foote. The large windows had a great view and there was plenty of space for our family.

The condominium is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a well-supplied kitchen for a lengthy stay. The building is beautiful, with a ponds and waterfalls in a courtyard. The view is amazing, and the corner unit means that we can see far in many directions, as well as get a lot of natural light. The floor to ceiling windows are magnificent and the den is a perfect quiet spot to do some work or meditation.

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and the view overlooking the Empress was great. We were extremely close to shopping and to the harbor. Seeing the Parliament building at night was beautiful. I would recommend this rental for anyone and we had 4 people and two people were not a couple, but worked out well.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it! The place met our needs - even a small office (with a single pullout) to do work when needed. Good A/C and very large balcony.
