Nestled in Victoria, this attractive condo for $155 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bathroom plus den condo in the quiet South tower of the Falls building is behind the iconic Empress Hotel, one block from the Inner Harbour and the Royal BC Museum, and within a ten-minute walk to many of the best restaurants and pubs in Victoria. The condo features contemporary, modern furniture, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light. The open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen area are bright, spacious, and calming. It has beautiful views that include a glimpse of the lively Inner Harbour. The elegant kitchen is fully equipped with high-end European appliances and granite countertops. The dining table comfortably seats six people. The fashionable, comfy living room furniture invites conversation or quiet relaxation. A variety of entertainment options are available on the 50-inch “smart” TV with service cable. The bedrooms are separated from each other and communal areas. They face south and west, respectively, and are equipped with full blackout curtains and a sliding door to the wrap-around balcony. A generous walk-in closet leads to an elegant four-piece bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The pleasant den off the kitchen accommodates a single pull-out bed. Amenities include access to the gym and outdoor seasonal pool, jacuzzi, cable TV, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, local telephone, and secure parking in a double-gated underground garage. This condo is an ideal holiday base for up to two couples, a family of 5, and corporate or longer-term tenants. Overall we enjoyed our stay. What we loved: location, views, and the layout of the apartment. You can't be the location (and the views!). You are walking distance to all you'd want to do/see for a long weekend (especially with kids) - good bars, restaurants, coffee shops, tourist areas, and things to do with kids (see the bug zoo!). We also felt very safe and the building is friendly and easy to navigate.
What was odd: the address being wrong (and not being told the actual address through multiple communication leading up to it - had to call someone to get the real address and then was told they can't update the listing, which is really hard to believe), some of the amenities (place is well stocked, but little tings like the paper towels being those scratchy, non absorbent brown paper roles you find in primary school bathrooms and the bath towels so tiny you can't wrap them around your waste (and old)), and little things like medical tape and scotch tape holding things up like wires and the curtains to the wall. Fireplace didn't work either.
So, to sum it up, there were no deal breakers, but it's the little things that add up. If they fix those things mentioned above, five stars all the way. And, considering the other places I've stayed in before, I'd most likely book this again :)

This was a great launching point for exploring the city. We parked our car in the garage and did not take it out until we left. We were able to access everything we wanted to buy Foote. The large windows had a great view and there was plenty of space for our family.

The condominium is spacious and tastefully decorated, with a well-supplied kitchen for a lengthy stay. The building is beautiful, with a ponds and waterfalls in a courtyard. The view is amazing, and the corner unit means that we can see far in many directions, as well as get a lot of natural light. The floor to ceiling windows are magnificent and the den is a perfect quiet spot to do some work or meditation.

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and the view overlooking the Empress was great. We were extremely close to shopping and to the harbor. Seeing the Parliament building at night was beautiful. I would recommend this rental for anyone and we had 4 people and two people were not a couple, but worked out well.

The perfect location. Right across from Starbucks. We were able to walk to everything. You have everything you need in the condo. The pool was closed which was a bit disappointing but we were able to sit on the chairs on the pool deck and get some sun. I would highly recommend!

You can put your car in the garage and walk everywhere. The only downside is that there is a large construction project nearby. The noise starts at 7:00am.

Unit was comfortable and well supplied. Close to everything downtown. The views were amazing. My only concern was the check in and out process.. The key/remote system for parking, elevators and unit were complex. I got no instructions till I was exchanging texts wtih the property manager while we were double parked in the garage entry. The notebook in the room gave no check out information. Again, exchange of multiple texts. We were quite surprised to have rotohammering begin on the pool and hot tub at 8am on our first morning one floor down in front of our unit. I had no communication the hot tub would be closed. In all areas communication was not up to standard.

We loved our stay! The entire apartment was spotless, functional, and comfortable. We loved the large windows--the view is impressive. We also loved the location right downtown near the Empress, the waterfront, restaurants, etc. It was extremely walkable, but it was also convenient to have parking included. We had some confusion about the check-out process, so more clear communication about that would be helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

The condo was large with modern decoration. Extremely well outfitted with everything one would need for a longer stay. Excellent security and underground parking. Beds very comfortable and bathrooms spacious. The location is excellent with the harbour, restaurants and shops within a easy walk. Actually, the location could not have been better. This property does not disappoint. The views are stunning and the location is perfect if you want to check out the downtown without having to drive anywhere. The hosts were amazing and made the check in/check out process very easy. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for modern, clean and convenient!

This location is great, the property was beautiful and VERY well stocked. We mostly ate out, but if we stayed in at all, we would have had everything we needed!
However, the check-in procedure (to get the key) was bizarre, the cleaning was not thorough, and when we brought up an issue with the cleaning, it was handled inappropriately.
1.) The check-in procedure: the address listed is not accurate. Luckily we asked before hand for the correct address. Not sure if the manager was going to mention that. The night before we went to Victoria, the host called me to set up key pick up. I assumed, since it says on the listing, that it would be contactless. Instead, we had to drive 30 minutes out of the way to go and pick up the key AT a house (who was not the person we spoke to on the phone). It was at night, and she didn’t answer the door. It felt very unsafe.
2.) cleaning: like I said, the property was beautiful. But it had a few issues with the cleaning. The first night we found a toenail on the coffee table. Then behind the chair. We didn’t mention anything, because it wasn’t a big deal. However, on the day we left, we found more toe nails on the floor by the couch and on the dining table. And we found another toe nail ON THE BED in between the fitted sheet and the top sheet. Which makes me think it wasn’t properly cleaned in between guests.
3.) when we brought it up: I let the host know about the toe nails. I didn’t do this to seek out any refunds or perks. I just wanted to let her know. She got incredibly defensive. Which I thought that is where it would end. We checked out (which the process was VERY unclear and we had to call to find the procedure. She said it was in the binder, but it was not).
A few hours later, she told us that we ruined her towels and would be charged (multiple towels had some bleach stains on them when we arrived, which is pretty typical so we didn’t bring it up). And then she said she found dog prints and dog hair and is going to be charging us for being a dog (spoiler alert, there is no dog). We told her to check the security camera footage (since the complex had cameras).
Ultimately, it was a weird process that we hope can be worked out. It really is an awesome property.
However, we were very unimpressed by the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and the disrespect she used to talk to us.

My family and I were blown away with the location and the view of the condo!! Absolutely beautiful building and very luxurious accommodations. Will definitely recommend this listing to everyone who wants a exceptional stay in the heart of downtown.

This unit was in such a great location to see Victoria. Awesome view of the town and some water front. Loved the parking availability and the building was very safe and secure. Shops and restaurants were within close walking distance. Enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed at this property for two nights and we had a wonderful time. Great location
This is a large, sleek condo right across from the conference center, behind the Empress. It was very clean and convenient. Communication with the property management company was consistently a challenge. I tried to book multiple times over weeks before finally getting the reservation. The listed address is wrong. It took asking multiple times to get questions answered and on one occasion the answer I finally got was changed later. Communication about the key could have been much better.

It was clean and had with all the kitchen amenities you’d need. The glass furniture isn’t the best for a energetic toddler but it looked beautiful! And you couldn’t beat the pool and hot tub just a few floors below. Plus our son was enthralled with the ducks in the court yard pond. The included indoor parking made our stay that much more convenient. We’ve already recommended this place to two other families.
