Great place to stay - very attractive and comfortable .

The room was gorgeous - very colorful . Very tastefully done .The grounds were equally attractive . I wish the designer would take a look at my home and give me some help😊bed was very comfortable too

So close, yet so far from being a gem

The location was nice, a 15-20 minute walk to the malecón. The bed was big and comfortable, and the shower worked very well. It is a nice looking property, and there is a bus stop nearby to catch the local bus over to Chapala or Jocotepec.

The glass wall to the outside is weird. We were in the unit next to where everyone walked past, so there was no privacy unless we completely shut our curtains. Also, while it was nice to have a pool, the staff didn't do a thing about people blasting music until late into the night. These two things alone would prevent me from recommending this place. There are also no food options or drinking water provided.

Beautiful small hotel

Absolutely beautiful little boutique hotel! Every room is thoughtfully and artfully decorated with the BEST shower ever!!!

This hotel's rating is waaaay too high. On balance, I'd give it a 7. Barely acceptable.

The heated swimming pool was very nice. The hotel was convenient to several good restaurants. The hotel was very clean.

It was noisy -- a lot of street noise and dogs barking. The bed was pretty uncomfortable -- a platform bed with sheets that didn't fit the bed. We had maid service only twice during our week-long stay. Worst: Numerous obstacles hung from the ceiling at a height where people over 6' could hit their head.

Very good

Location was good for walking distance to restaurants and all but also located on the most busiest street in Aijiic. The noise continued till about 11:00pm . We had to also park in the street because there was no more room to park at our checkin on Sunday afternoon at 5:00. We weren’t shown around at all on the property or told anything.

it was a very central location close to some restaurants and a market

I had a very large room with a view of the pool. I was very comfortable excellent hot water in the bathroom.

Beautifully decorated rooms with a lovely garden.

The rooms were very unique, each one with its own decorations and so beautiful. The location was great and the gardens really lovely. The pool was huge, but we didn't have time to use it in our one night stay.

very relaxing spot.

Very nicely decorated in a fun and colourful Mexican style with murals. very peaceful and comfortable, the room even had a jacuzzi! the room was so spacious with a seating area too. the swimming pool was great, the water so warm and the garden really nice.

there were no drinking glasses in the bedroom, no breakfast included (though it was mentioned in Booking.Com), not enough towels in the bathroom (no had towels) and no hairdryer.

We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves. beautiful pool and the bed was comfortable. Helpful staff.

It would have been nice to have a better fan as the room was stuffy and hot with no air con.

Very relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel is very nice and clean. There is a nice pool and the lawn and vegetation are very nice. I arrived very late at night because of flight delays, but I notified them ahead of time on the booking app. The hotel gave me the number to call when I arrived, and the clerk showed me to my room right away. My room had a large hot tub in addition to a shower.

I liked everything.

everything is in neatly condition, the heated swimming pool, the rooms and gardens are well intended for spend a wonderful experience.

Quiet retreat

Very quiet, convenient parking, very nice pool. Super great staff, very helpful! Very cute hotel.

No breakfast as stated on Booking.com, they need more amenities (bottled water, etc). Confusing check-in, and our shower head sprayed all over the bathroom, needs to be replaced.

The staff was very nice, the room was bright and spacious, and the swimming pool at this facility is absolutely outstanding, located in a lovely patio area with attractive murals on the walls.

Beautiful facility.

You don't park at the given address, you can't even really unload there. You have to drive around to the rear of the property, Paseo del la Colina 115 to do that. Would be nice if that information were given in the listing.
