The location was awesome with incredible views of Beppu. Two onsens, one for men and one for women was wonderful. Breakfast was nice but super crowded as hotel is quite large. We have stayed in several Super hotels and it is a consistent stay each time.

Really convenient location, modern facilities, comfortable room, excellent and friendly staff, fantastic onsen, and very tasty breakfast.
Nothing to criticize!

Close to the train station with easy parking . The bed was comfortable and you could pick up extra pillows downstairs. Excellent staff and great happy hour drinks. It was unbelievable to help yourself for sake , wine and sodas . A great value for an overnight stay.
