Gorgeous apartment with a very comfortable bed and great pillows. New and good linens also the towels.
Small and functional kitchen with a little balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset
Quiet area and safe
The flat is convenient for the Vatican and the nearby neighborhood. It is a good long (but beautiful ) walk into the old town over the river. We have seen electric scooters standing nearby, but you can’t count on them
The host is amazing, very friendly and gave very good advice on dinner and places to see
The long walk to old town - but that is just because we didn’t use the bus or the electric scooters
It was very handy the day we visited the Vatican

The location was good, close to bus lines and about 10 mins from Cipro metro station. Very kind host, all necessary facilities, comfortable beds. I would come back anytime!

Close to Vatican, spacious, clean, has washer and drier, tv, wifi, full kitchen with utensils, pans and mugs, trasbags and cleanning supplies. Pretty neat!
Coffee pot was rusted. Capouccino machine’s water container had deep, unremovable stains. AC in kitchen/living room did not work. Main Door lock, from inside, came loose. Minor observation is that shower is extremely small. Would be nice if they have a bottle of water for arrival in case is a late check in and guests need to take medication.
