Enjoy a quick stroll to the base of Peak 9 and the bustling hub of historic Main Street, a TV in the living area and each bedroom, and enviable on-site amenities that include several hot tubs, an expansive outdoor pool, and a well-appointed fitness center. Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore. Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat. Things to Know There is no air conditioning. A sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Can’t beat the location, walkable to ski lift and town. Comfortable bed and furniture. Typical kitchen supplies.

The property location was very conveniently located on Main Street and walkable to everything. The place was clean and although we didn’t use the pool or hot tubs on the property, they looked nice. My only complaint would be the road noise you hear with the windows open. If the windows are closed, it isn’t too bad. I would stay here again just for the location if you want easy access to Main Street.

The perfect place for our summer stay in Breckenridge! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this home was ideally situated to enjoy downtown Breckenridge. Spacious, clean and nicely equipped! We especially loved the balconies!
