Located in Sapphire Beach, this lovely house for $462 per night is a great choice for your next break. Casa Paradiso is a luxury rural property that will make you feel like you are miles from anywhere with the convenience of being within a 10 minute drive of Coffs Harbours main shops, Restaurants, Cafes, attractions and beaches. This property has been newly completed in 2019 and built to the highest standards. Created to be an entertainers dream with multiple living, eating and entertaining spaces. The largest of families will be more than comfortable with room enough for everyone. Prepare your meals in the gourmet kitchen complete with huge butlers pantry and all the appliances you will ever need to cook the perfect meal. The kitchen features modern conveniences such as Coffee Machine, Dishwasher, multiple fridges, and breakfast bar. If you want to get plenty of time in relaxing then you will be able to find your own space with the choice of main lounge room, media/cinema room, children's retreat or outside under the large shaded veranda. Want to watch a movie, this place has a state of the art cinema and media room with huge HD TV. To top it off their is a gas fire place to add warmth and ambience for our Winter guests. The kids are well catered for with the garage decked out as a games room including ping pong, air hockey and a pool table. There is plenty of yard space to run around and kick a footy or burn off some excess energy. There is also a fire pit for our guests to enjoy (ensuring fire bans and safety are strictly adhered to). We don't supply fire wood but you can grab some at the local service station. Sleeping options consist of 5 well appointed bedrooms and a sofa bed in the children's retreat lounge area. Master Bedroom, ensuite with spa bath - King Bed Bedroom 2, ensuite - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed Bedroom 4 - Double Bed + King Single Bedroom 5 - Two Single Beds Children's Retreat / Lounge Area’s - 2 x Double Sofa Beds The house has 3 bathrooms plus an additional powder room and toilet. 2 of the 3 bathrooms are ensuite with the master ensuite including spa. The main bathroom includes bath and separate shower. There is a laundry for those who may need to do a load of washing. Undercover parking is provided for 2 vehicles under the carport with an additional four parks on the side of the driveway that are not undercover but very close to the house. If your after peace and quiet while only being a convenient drive to everything Coffs Harbour has to offer Casa Paradiso is perfect. Enjoy the space and luxury of staying in a brand new designer home in beautiful rural surrounds. Pets - This property does not accept pets sorry. Schoolies - This property strictly DOES NOT accept schoolies or school leaver bookings. If you are found to have booked for part of a schoolies or end of school celebration you will be evicted immediately without refund. Please do not book this property if you fall into this category.

We had so much fun during our stay in Coffs Harbour but our biggest highlight was having a beautiful home to come back to each night with our family! We were all able to stay together and enjoy the amazing features of this home like the games and media room, and outdoor entertaining areas. A little note, there is a drop down in the backyard out the back so we made sure the kiddies played out the front or while while we were out the back at all times. Overall, this is a stunning property for a big family or those wanting to get away for a relaxing holiday!!

A luxurious property in a beautiful setting. We booked for nine adults and three children but the foldout sofa beds were not fully functional and free to air TV was not connecting. The games, pizza oven, fire pit and outdoor area was well set up. Firewood initially would be appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you.

This was one of the most well equipped, luxurious, clean and well appointed holiday homes I've ever stayed in. We had two families - 11 people, aged 14 upwards and there was space for everyone. Close to beaches, national parks, convenient for main roads yet surrounded by countryside. Idyllic!

Brilliant newly renovated property in a semi-rural location just 5 minutes outside the Coffs Harbour centre. Couldn’t have asked for more, we got exactly what we expected which was a huge property with plenty of rooms to chill out and were never bored with the games room and theatre room. Would highly recommend this property for families or groups of friends, very satisfied.

Everything was perfect. When we arrived it was amazing exploring how big the house ended up being and what they had available. We thought that 4 days wasn't enough to experience everything this house had to offer. Communication with the property manager was very easy going even though we had an issue with hot water, it was fixed instantly. Such a nice and peaceful view and quiet getaway. Everything was super clean and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The theatre room was so comfortable and perfect for the group as well as the games room. There wasn't a moment in this house where we had nothing to do. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a place for a group getaway at Coffs and looking forward to staying here again.

This is a beautiful property with comforts inside and out. Great kitchen, outdoor entertainment areas and media room. We loved using the pizza oven and outdoor day bed. Plenty of space for eleven of us to socialise or to find a quiet area to read a book. A short drive into Coffs Harbour.
