Came out for an annual biking weekend. Have stayed in a few different places over the year. This was the best. Walked everywhere in town. Plenty of room for 5 guys, each with his own bed. Great setup.

Tyson, the property manager , got us in early and was the best.

The Bowen Motel apartment was a great place to stay. Very nice bedrooms, well supplied kitchen, washer and dryer, and a nice living room and large table seating 8. I wish we could have used the outdoor patio table but it was too hot! It's a great location right in the heart of Moab. Ww will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed this apartment, which was within walking distance of downtown Moab. You are also on the doorstep of Arches NP. This apartment is near the office of the motel, but it was perfect for our family.

This home is very nice, in a great location and the host could not be more helpful or welcoming... So 5* all the way, BUT
- it is a room off of her main living space and kitchen which feels really inappropriate given she has two young children and it's hard not to feel uncomfortable at intruding...
- it's a single bed with a trundle pull out for a 2nd person so not appropriate for 2 people really

The location was awesome. The place was larger than expected. Perfect place to call home for 3 days while we hiked Arches. Plenary of pillows and towels, new washer and dryer and plenty of kitchenware. Perfect for our group of 8! Clean, didn’t feel squished. And the price was reasonable!

We didn’t know what to expect, but the property was perfect for our needs. We loved the private table on the patio and assigned parking spaces. Plenty of room for the whole family and we loved being right on Main Street. It’s has an interesting mix of home and hotel vibes, but not in a negative way. Our only question is why does the one cabinet door int the kitchen open the wrong way? 😂
Check in and check out were simple and the staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

Incredible location, comfortable beds (each room with own climate control), plenty of space both indoor and out. Being part of the hotel was a plus with the use of the pool and ample parking. We were on a backcountry bike trip, and there was plenty of room for packing coolers, storing bikes, and organizing gear. The proprietors couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We really couldn't have asked for more -- we will definitely seek this place out for the next adventure!

We were delightfully surprised to find this large apartment on Main Street in Moab. I was slightly skeptical because this apartment is part of a motel complex but it was not an issue at all. The Apartment has its own parking, patio and access to the motel pool. Even though it is on Main Street, the bedrooms were quiet. The kitchen was large, and included a large table. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, we could walk to stores and restaurants amd is centrally located.

I would highly recommend staying here. Right on Main Street. I hate to give it 5 stars because I don’t want this little jewel getting out to the public. Well worth staying. Others have said too much road noise, but they give you earplugs and we didn’t need them.

My teenage boys were THRILLED when we walked in and they saw that they had their own 'wing' with a seperate bathroom and their own private rooms, and my husband and I were really happy to have such a nice full kitchen, plus our own private patio with a grill. The location was convenient to everything- including a short walk to many great stores and restaurants.

Perfect!
We decided to stay downtown this year for Easter Jeep Safari which we have never done before. We loved being right on mainstreet and within walking distance to everything. The space was a perfect size for the 6 of us. It was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor space, private to this apartment. We hope to stay again next year!

Enjoying Moab
Love the location. A little noisy. I did wear earplugs when I slept at night and that helped. The trailer parking in the rear was very useful. Had a great stay.

We stayed here at the end of our Mighty 5 trip. The apartment easily fit all five of us. It was clean but dark and needed some TLC. Paint was peeling in several places, there were holes in the floors and they looked like they needed a good scouring. Now, we stayed here at the end of busy tourism season, so I’m sure anything that occurred this season could not have been addressed before our arrival. The location was right on Main Street, close to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Others stated that the property was loud, and although ear plugs were provided, they weren’t needed. I’m a light sleeper so I was worried but pleasantly surprised. There were people drinking beers on our clearly labeled private patio the first night, but I think those were people who didn’t think the sign applied to them. No problems any other time. The staff there was great! I wish I could remember names but this is my fourth attempt at leaving on review on the VRBO app; I got frustrated when my earlier attempts didn’t save and it’s been almost two weeks now since we left. 😬 The pictures made it a little difficult to get an accurate sense of the space. There’s a “master” with a bathroom and secondary room with two twins, but no door separating those two spaces. Then two identical queen rooms that share a hall bath across from the washer & dryer. We were happy with the supplies provided in the apartment. Overall, if we ever make it back to Moab, we would certainly rent here again!

Great place!
Great place! We were located in the heart of Moab so we could easily walk around town and see the shops and get food. Check in was simple and the place was just what we needed. They were also helpful in giving tips on the best way to handle Canyonlands and arches. I highly recommend staying here.

Wow, this apartment is spacious, clean, well stocked and in the heart of Moab! We loved waking up to walk to coffee shops, walking to dinner at night and just being so convenient to everything. Designated parking spot was an added bonus and the staff were oh so friendly! Oh and did I mention it has it’s own washer/dryer to launder all those hiking clothes!!
