Paradise Found! Great Ocean Views, Private Pool (heated optional), Elevator, Close to a Beach
Enjoy beautiful views of the ocean, the sunrise and the sunset from this 3 story beach house with 7 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms with an upside-down open floor plan . The decor is decorated in beautiful Caribbean style. The kitchen is fully accessorized and includes two refrigerators. Decking on every level has ocean and beach views. Beach access is directly across the street. There is a private pool and an elevator. The pool can be heated in the spring or fall for an extra fee.
Bedding ranges from 2 king, 2 queen, 6 doubles. Six bedrooms have a full bathroom. The 6th and 7th bedroom share a bathroom on the 3rd floor.
There are several local golf courses close by. Myrtle beach is 30 minutes south of Ocean Isle. Ocean Isle has several restaurants and rental stores for bikes beach umbrellas and chairs.
OCEAN FRONT VIEWS : We have no buildings in front of us that block the view of the ocean. The beach access is across the street allowing for easy access to the beach and ocean. This home is located on the west end of the island and is on the second row with unobstructed views of the ocean.
Enjoy the relaxing times at Ocean Isle Beach. Where your only worry should be if the tide is going to reach your chair.

This home had a beautiful view, with a very short walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The owner was courteous and delightful to chat with, whenever we had a questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!

My family travels to Ocean Isle every June. This property is the best so far. Clean, great floor plan, nice view of the ocean, great pool, most comfortable beach house we have ever stayed in. Will not disappoint!

This unit in Ocean Isle Beach was just as described. It was super clean, almost like newly decorated. I used their home for 7 days for a guys golf trip that we have been doing for 30years. Eight guys and no complaints. Plenty of hot water. Good water pressure in showers. Pool was clean and refreshing. We didn't do any cooking at the house, but everything was there if we wanted to. We ate out every night as their recommendations were excellent. We didn't use the beach much (been there/done that) but all the equipment described was there and access to the beach was very close by. Probably one of the best houses that we have ever stayed in and you would be hard pressed to find any better for the price. Getting linen service was very easy. Elevator was great for old guys like us, once you got used to it. But probably the best thing was the ease of communication. Jim was quick to reply and he even let us check in early since nobody had booked the house prior to us. This was very helpful since are flights arrived to Myrtle Beach before noon. Also, he sent me information about a house that was going to be moved on our day of departure and the time that the bridge over the causeway was going to be closed. Thus, we were able to adjust our departure time earlier so as not to miss our return flights. Thanks Jim and Colleen for a memorable weekFairways and GreensDavid

This house is definitely a home away from home. Almost everything we needed or wanted was available. The environment was peaceful, convenient and clean. The host Jim, kind, informative and encouraging. His communication was both positive and proactive. This location is one we would try to reserve again for our future family/friends gathering
