Located in Three Rivers, this attractive house for $280 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. "The Quail's Nest” is a Farm Style home with modern amenities and comfort. The ‘Nest’ is a great 3 bedroom - 2 full bathroom home nestled in the hills only 3.4 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia National Park! Created and hosted by an experienced local team. From the furnishings to the cleanliness and the personal touches throughout the home, we will take good care of you. The 'Nest' is a beautiful and charming place, located above the Kaweah River with breathtaking views. The home features a new kitchen with everything you will need to cook, for those who enjoy cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices, blender and a toaster, everything you would need to prepare meals in-house for those who love to cook. We also provide you with coffee and assorted teas, along with a few complimentary goodies. As your host I will provide you with all the good local and Park information along with Mark's tips. The bathrooms are always clean. We provide you with plenty of fresh, clean towels. We also supply shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds are all new, top of the line queen size and include all new linens. These beds are comfortable! We use hypoallergenic pillow and bed protectors for your safety and comfort. The couches, and the dining room table for 6, are very comfortable as well. Yes, there is a large HD-tv with very good Wi-Fi; good enough to stream movies 24/7 so we also include free Netflix for you. During your stay you will have complete access to the home and privacy as well. If you have any questions or need anything I am available 24/7 however, it is not mandatory that we meet. Most people just want privacy and of course a clean and comfortable stay. COME STAY AT THE 'NEST'. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

The cottage has a cozy feel and even though there other houses around, you still feel like you're in your own space. The most amazing thing about this house is the view. We would sit outside for a couple hours in the afternoon to take in the view and watch the sunset.

Check in was easy and location would have been excellent IF Sequoia NP was not closed due to snow. We were able to see Kings Canyon but the drive was almost 2 hours. Great views from the porch

We reveled in the quiet and peaceful serenity of the Quail's Nest. The house was beautiful, quaint and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our family getaway. The kids enjoyed exploring the outdoors, we loved cooking in the kitchen and the easy access to Sequoia. After visiting the park, we relaxed in the house with movie and game nights, star gazing and disconnecting from our phones and laptops! We were even able take advantage of the grill and the washing machine while we were there. Mark has created a warm and welcoming environment - communication before arrival and the check in process could not have been easier. He provided tips on where to eat and shop nearby (the Pizza Factory was hit with everyone). The local folks were very friendly and we had fun exploring the the village area. As we were leaving, the kids asked if we could go ahead and book our stay for next year. I think it's safe to say they liked it here, a lot. And so did we. We would definitely come back.

We were six girls enjoying our vacation. Probably one of the best stays and the most gorgeous location. It felt pretty safe and cozy. Mark was very proactive and responsive. The house was super clean and there were nice snacks and goodies kept for our welcome. Loved the overall stay and experience. The view from the patio is to die for. Gorgeous!!! Would highly highly recommend.

Enjoyed staying at this vacation home. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor cooking. Kitchen was ready with kithen tools, place was nice and clean. Mark was a excellent host and made us feel welcome.

Perfect location, right outside the Ash Mountain entrance of the park. Beautiful views of the the mountains from the front porch! Air conditioning works great. 5 stars all the way.

This cabin was the perfect place to stay for up to our family. It was clean and comfortable. The nearby town is full of friendly people and great places to eat and shop. Everything we needed to cook a family dinner and sit outside and enjoy the beauty of nature around us was provided. We would love to come here again

Giant Tree Getaway
The property was exactly as described. Lovely country home. Had all we needed. With the extras. The washer and dryer did not work. But Mark came right out and took care of it. Thanks Mark

This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was so clean and you can tell that a lot of thought was put into making it comfortable for guests. The views are incredible. We even had a deer stroll by in the morning. The kitchen is well equipped. A great place to stay for a visit to sequoia.

This property was the perfect place to stay! We enjoyed having a personal experience at this location to add a touch of home to our long days on the road during our trip. This house is amazing. well kept, amazing view and great location! The owners are meticulous with little touches to make the stay feel special. Our vacation included 10 days across 5 locations in California and this house sets the bar very high for any other accommodations. Our next trip to California will now revolve around this house and the local area, which will guarantee a great vacation!

Great home base for three couples
We were very comfortable here. It was nice to be so close to the park entrance. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the mornings and watching the birds. This is a peaceful and well-equipped home.

Three Rivers Quail’s Crossing
I arrived before dark which was good as the location is tucked away in a quiet mountainside neighborhood. Fantastic view from the front porch and it was nice to arrive to a bottle of wine and snacks! I really liked having access to laundry and the kitchen was decently stocked with some newer pans and dishes. The bathrooms were perfect and clean. My only negative comment would be because there were no rugs under the beds, I could hear my son turning in bed at night. Otherwise everything was as expected and met our needs. It was nice being so close to SNP to enjoy all it has to offer. It was a great location and Mark was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
