We enjoyed our stay very much, The pool is awesome and the beach is just a quick walk away. Lots of shops and dining close by. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids vote to go back again next year.

We had a wonderful stay in this unit! The bedrooms were huge and allowed for all of our kids to sleep in an actual bed (as opposed to some on a couch). The location and view were amazing, and the access to the beach was super convenient. The property owner communicated all the procedures clearly, and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break in Cocoa Beach. The condo was in a prime location in the complex - corner unit with pool and ocean views. Tim was a very communicative host prior to our arrival and ensuring everything was satisfactory after we settled in. I'd highly recommend this to my friends and family for future stays.

Had a great time celebrating our son’s 30th birthday in Cocoa Beach! Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Location is wonderful, walking distance to the pier and other restaurants. Tim was so easy to communicate with, very attentive! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay!! We have rebooked but this unit was not available for our time frame. Appreciated having little things such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap available! Seemed a little damp inside but we like to use dehumidifiers. I would recommend this space to everyone!! Was very comfortable and relaxing!! Thank you, Tim!! Good job!!

Thanks to our amazing host, Tim, for an incredible stay at Cocoa Beach. The booking, correspondence, check-in and stay were all perfectly seamless. The condo was so clean, comfortable and equipped with all of the comforts of home. With the pool, beach access and proximity to the pier, the location can’t be beat! We would definitely love to come back for a future stay.

My family of 4 (with 2 teens) loved this place. The two bedrooms are upstairs and were very spacious. It was great being able to walk right out to the beach and have a rinse off shower on the property when we came back. Having the beach chairs, umbrella, and other beach items were a plus. Unfortunately the pool was closed for 2 days for a maintenance issue, but it didn't matter because we were at the beach. Ron Juan is about a 15-20 minute walk down a quiet residential street and the pier was a 5 minute walk away. Tim was fabulous to work with. He was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We will definitely stay again if we go back to Cocoa Beach.

First off I want to say thank you to Tim for being very organized and the communication at the beginning, during and after the trip concluded was great! The unit was awesome!! Very clean and loved the location with amazing views of the ocean and the pool! All amenities were as described and the unit accommodated 3 kids and 2 adults very well! We will certainly be back and I will recommend this property to anyone that is looking at staying so close to the beach when visiting cocoa beach!

The layout of this condo is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 because we like our space. Owner responds quickly to any questions and the views are amazing! We’ll be back to stay at this unit again for sure!

Property was located right on Cocoa Beach with ability to walk to beach and pier within 1-3 minutes. Condo had everything you needed for the beach and for comfort, cooking, and convenience. Having a code for the door and not having to rely on a key to get in and out was the best! Having a swimming pool as part of the condo was amazing as well. Was very relaxing. Wish we could have stayed longer! Great place to visit and stay! Thank you!

Great place to stay, so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We didn’t really need to drive anywhere. Loved the layout of the condo. We have 3 teenage daughters and plus one extra, so them having their own room on the second floor was nice. We could get up early and not bother them. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and great location. Very close to beach, pier, and restaurants. Love being able to see the pool and beach from the balcony. The beach-themed decorations were nice also. The kids loved the closet stocked with beach toys, especially the boogie boards.
