The Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were perfect and the pool was great.

The choice of food for Coeliacs was very poor. Pizza or spaghetti with bolognaise sauce were the only choices every day. If you are coeliac I would consider this because you are paying top dollar to stay here.

Great location, right on Playa de los Pocillos, so it’s quiet enough to properly relax by the pool in the day but you’re a 35-minute seafront walk or a €5 taxi from all the bars and restaurants in Puerto del Carmen. That balance was exactly what we wanted. Plenty of pool space across the different pools, direct beach access, and the pool bar service was good all week. Online check-in made arrival painless. We landed early, dropped our bags, got our wristbands and were at the pool bar within about twenty minutes of arriving. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the room was clean and serviced every day. As an all-inclusive base for a week of days by the pool and nights out in town, it did the job really well.

It’s a big resort, so it does get busy at peak times, and the main buffet in particular can feel hectic in the evening. The included wine is basic house stuff, fine with dinner but not much more than that. Sunbeds around the main pool get claimed early, so if you want a prime spot you need to be up and out reasonably early.

No room round pool between sunbeds. Unless you went for your evening meal at opening time there was no where to sit once you had eaten. Food wasn’t great.
