Everything! After an awful start to our holiday because of problems with another hotel, Relaxia Lanzaplaya completely turned things around and made the rest of our holiday amazing.
The facilities were fantastic, the hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’ve visited Lanzarote six times, and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. I came with my two boys, and we all absolutely loved it.
Honestly, there was nothing we disliked. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer!

Very close to strip and beach , lovely clean modern spacious rooms with air con , we were all inclusive and loved the food , themed nights like Asian with chow mein / sushi / duck etc. all staff polite and lovely

Breakfast buffet was amazing. So much choice, excellently laid out and very high quality. Also location of complex was great, 5 mins walk to beachfront and main street for shops and restaurants.
Not enough sun beds and umbrellas around pool area. Majority of beds taken prior to 8am in morning with people leaving out towels. Lot of steps around complex.
