Superb location. The entire area is spotless, and the apartment is spacious with great facilities. There are plenty of relaxing areas at and away from the pool side. The staff are super friendly and obliging.
Air conditioning could be improved.

It was clean a superb location two bedroom apartment.All the staff were lovely and very welcoming.We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

The location was good and the bed was comfy.
the room we were given was very run down sealant around shower was all black and peeling off the walls very much needed a repaint, even to the point we found someone else’s false eyelashes stuck on the wall. Out of the full week our room was only cleaned once and at it was never moped or wiped down the bed was changed and new towels and that was all (it’s not like we had facilities to be able to do this ourselves either), there was ants etc roaming around on the counters and floor and just overall felt quite dirty, unsure if this was just our room as I had read so many good reviews prior to booking but we stayed at a similar apartment/hotel in April that was pretty much half the price and we couldn’t have faulted that one . the sunbed situation around the pool was an absolute joke if you weren’t up by minimum 8am the sunbeds were all gone, we got up at 7 one day to be able to put towels down however by the time we arrived after breakfast someone had took our towels off the beds. There is plenty of space for more sunbeds to be around the pool so I don’t understand why the hotel isn’t accommodating that. Staff at reception were just so rude we asked for late check out to which she snickered at me and said “em when” “no not possible” and then dismissed me, however I have read reviews previously where this was granted for a fee which we were willing to pay for and even when we asked for showers the response to that was also very rude. Which then made it worse when we were given a room to shower in, it was the the room that was directly next door to ours that had been lying empty for the majority of the week when we were there. Don’t get me wrong the gentlemen we dealt with when we checked in was lovely. Just overall quite disappointed with the stay here as I said the the location was perfect but the rest needs improving, the aircon was also terrible I feel if they are charging over £1000 just for apartment for a week then the rooms 100% need a refresh.
