Good location, nice staff, for money really good facilities
Comfortable bed, aircon, nice towels and pool area
WiFi is super slow, shower goes from the temp you set, then to cold, then to super super hot when using it (this happened in 3 of the 4 rooms my party had)

It was clean, not spotless but clean. The beds were really comfortable. No problems with the shower. There was a bit of crockery and a hob if you wanted to cook but we were all inclusive. There wasn’t a great lot of choice in terms of food and I have coeliac so there was even less choice for me but what I did eat was very nice. Staff were pleasant. The entertainment guy was brilliant! Proper funny.
The food had labels but the allergen information had mostly rubbed off so I had to ask the chef what was gluten free for every meal. One chef was brilliant and gave me gluten free cakes every time he was on shift.

The location was perfect and the staff were all so nice.
The place could really do with an upgrade there was a few things dirty when we got to the apartment. Though the cleaners are there everyday it’s not cleaned the way it should be. We were there for 11 nights and the bed was changed once. The pool really needs to be cleaned and around the pool area. Not a 4 star but the staff make it so much better.
